Doesn’t have some of your usual hotel amenities but you truly get what you pay for! Very worth the price, very clean and great service

Pros: clean, value for money (I paid 85 Euro a nite with BF and taxes), almost sound-proof rooms, close to the airport and about 15 mins on trams to Geneva city centre. Nice breakfast - cereal/ cheese of course/  cold cuts and fried eggs. Free bus No.28 from the airport which has a stop near the hotel (u need to show you have a confirmed room booking). Cons- no electric kettle/ no cups in room , so I need to bring a bottle to get hot water from the ground floor cafe. This is ok to me, overall nice stay.

We liked most of the hotel. The pricing was reasonable and it was in a nice and quiet area in Geneva. We found the beds to be comfy and felt the shower was excellent with a couple of different settings to get some good pressure. We had two twin beds and the room had enough furnishings in it to enjoy but it is just a place to sleep. The room ran a bit warm for us in late October but having the window open helped. They have a very good breakfast with a good variety of items like Swiss cheese, bacon, cured meats, breads and some good pastries. Coffee, tea and juice is also included and they have a few dispensers in the dining area. Hot water is available here in case you want to make a hot drink and bring it back to your room. When we visited this hotel there was an internet outage in Vernier so there was no wifi available at the hotel for the duration of our stay and our cellular was blocked. The parking garage was also doing some painting so it was tricky to figure out the parking situation and getting into the parkade because there was no signage. We had issues with the front desk because the staff did not inform us of these known issues while we were checking in and we found it somewhat frustrating but when we inquired about these issues at the front desk the staff that I spoke to was rude, argumentative and condescending while the one lady insisted that they told us during check in but we were simply providing feedback that they did not. We had booked a twin room and a double room for our family but the rooms were mixed around and we didn't figure it out until the next morning and just thought it was what it was. My wife and I could not help but notice that the staff in the breakfast area only asked people of colour for their breakfast card. Each time we went up to grab something they were asking someone of colour for their card to prove they were ok to dine in the breakfast area and it happened so frequently that it did not seem to be a coincidence. Staff could improve by asking everyone or simply having a front desk before the dining area where people could check in so they do not have to weirdly single people out. I believe the hotel was charging a 25 CHF fee per day for parking because it is a third party that operates the parkade. They did advise us that we could choose to pay this fee or pay at the machine in the parkade. When we asked about the costs of the parkade the front desk staff nor the parking operator could advise us what the overnight fees would be but someone later shared that we could check the machine when we go to check out and we found a payment schedule and only had to pay 15 CHF overnight. I have attached the payment schedule to this review. There is not much near this hotel but we felt it was a convenient overnight stay as we drove around Switzerland. We enjoyed some aspects of the hotel but there are definitely some opportunities to improve.

All the staff there are very friendly and respectful. We were allowed to check in early even though that is not their policy which was very kind of them. Initially when we arrived at the hotel we were planning on leaving our luggage there and go out, and later come back to check in however, they were nice to let us check in around 12pm. They offer breakfast options as well at a price, however, it was better working out for us not to eat at the hotel. Overall it is a very lovely and cozy hotel and I would book with them again even if we are not allowed to check in early!

The room is clean. Service is great! Although I just stayed over a night. It’s near tram station and easy access to the city.

The room is very good and just the right size. It is clean and hygienic, and the service staff is very enthusiastic. It is very close to the airport and convenient to travel. Recommended!

Great hotel very close to the airport. The room was quiet and clean. Very good one night stay. They offer free shuttles to the airport as well, which is great.

Very friendly and welcoming receptions, the room is big and worthy for the price, great deal for such a stay at the reasonable price!

New and clean, but room is rather small. No shuttle bus if you’re late so you need to take the bus28.

Excellent hotel, near to airport and tram station. Have complimentary airport shuttle service. Nice breakfast and very clean.

I never expected this hotel good enough because in France B&B hotel are not good as we payed

Better if shuttle bus timetable was informed before arrival. Otherwise quite good.

Although I did not use it for business this is well placed for the Airport (and there’s a free shuttle there and back), the city centre and CERN. Stayed in much more ‘fancy’ places and it’s not been half as clean or half as helpful staff. Will definitely use this chain again and if in Geneva that hotel.

We stayed at Geneva Airport Hotel the last night of our Germany-Switzerland trip. We were so grateful for a clean hotel and a comfortable bed. It was especially helpful to have shuttle service to the airport!
