Ulasan Crystal Orange Hotel (Hangzhou Qianjiang Xincheng)

I stayed here for a concert at the Big Lotus! This hotel is absolutely fantastic – so clean and spacious. It's just one metro stop from the Olympic Sports Center, and Raffles City is also within easy walking distance. Couldn't find a single flaw, I'm completely satisfied. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful 👍 The view from the window was also fantastic; it was so comfortable that I ended up staying in the hotel for two full days and only went out on the third day! Breakfast was also delicious and varied, with different dishes served every day. When I checked out, I had a lot of luggage, and the staff even went out of their way to help me carry it to my car. So incredibly thoughtful! Overall, a very pleasant stay. Highly, highly recommend!!!

The hotel location is great, conveniently located near the subway station. It's very quiet and peaceful at night. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The bedding is comfortable, especially the latex pillows, which are incredibly soft and provide excellent neck support. However, the hotel's cleanliness needs significant improvement. Upon entering my room, I found noticeable hairs in several areas. I'm not sure if it's due to peak season, but the quality of room readiness was definitely subpar.
