Hotel di Pusat Sukan Huanglong, Hangzhou

Great hotel, located near West lake with walking distance to metro station around 3 mins. The room is big, nice and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Excellent service. I had a great stay for 3 days in this hotel during my holiday in Hangzhou.

Excellent établissement ! Très propre et spacieux, cet hôtel est vraiment une bonne trouvaille. L'emplacement n'est pas le plus idéal, mais le métro le plus proche n'est qu'à 10 minutes à pied, ce qui est acceptable. Le lit est très confortable et il y a plusieurs oreillers.

本次入住整體比較滿意，無論客房大小、床品舒適度等都不錯。 酒店地理位置佳，距離地鐵3/10號線近。餐廳室外座位可眺望黃龍體育場。離浙江大學玉泉校區、杭州植物園、麴院風荷都不算遠 飯店早餐超出預期，本想隨便吃點算了，沒想到小小的餐廳餐食品種那麼豐富，兩天都吃得飽飽而且不完全重樣，持會員卡價格可以說非常便宜。 酒店的服務也相當不錯。入住退房辦理迅速，前台、清潔人員、餐廳服務態度熱情友好，主動打招呼，離店時還提出送瓶裝水，讓我們帶路上喝。雖然沒要，但感覺很周到細緻。借用充電線、插座、風油精都有求必應。 唯一不足：衛生間沖水聲有點響，睡眠淺的人容易被同屋吵醒。

A cozy stay at Mcsrh Hotel, perfectly situated near West Lake. The bike rental was a great addition, making it easy to explore the city for a short trip to Hangzhou. And for those on-the-go, the hotel's laundry room was a lifesaver!

I booked it for my family and they loved their stay in this guesthouse. The place is located in a beautiful part of Hangzhou, right beside a district full of different restaurants. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff was really helpful, they did their best to answer all of our questions. *photos taken upon check-out*

The service was great, the staff were nice and really did their best to assist. I would like to especially mention Yuan (not sure about the spelling) who attended to us when we arrived on our first night. she assisted with my questions even if we had to use a translator. I had so many problems at one time as it was our first night and she tried to patiently give me a solution or an answer. We got lost going to the hotel as we came by metro and the maps were not accurate enough to find it easily. We asked three people and the last one finally called the hotel to ask where it was. When we reaches the hotel, the one on duty was already waiting for us at the door. Just when we thought the tea time was over, as we were tired and hungry after all that searching, that’s when she brought a new batch of creme brulee and nicely designed yoghurt. I kid you not, that’s the best tasting yoghurt for me ever (I’ve tasted so many all these years from many different countries and brands). The breakfast had enough variety and good quality food. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

清明節到西湖旅遊，原本想到上次住過的青芝塢，但常規房都沒了，剩下的太貴。衹好另選，找到了這家。這裏離斷橋很近，位置很好，附近就是黃龍地鐵站，共享單車很多，出行非常方便，騎車一會兒就到西湖邊了。出賓館就是公交車站。 去景點方便，靈隱寺的車好多路過這裏。 房間設施齊全，還配備兩把雨傘，非常貼心了！熱水很好。停車非常方便。 特別要提的是賓館的服務很温馨。 我因為大意，把手機忘在房間裏了。感謝賓館的服務員，特別要感謝前台的劉美女，幫我把遺忘的手機寄回。再次表示感謝！！

這家民宿是我住過的民宿中，很滿意的一家。民宿的老闆娘很熱情，他們夫妻倆共同經營，同時也住在民宿裏，有問題或需求都可直接溝通。 房間整潔舒適，乾淨。光線充裕，通爽；早上陽光照進房間，在冬日的時光，非常舒服和愜意。房間帶一個小陽台，可以晾曬衣物，呼吸新鮮空氣。民宿位於杭州植物園旁，空氣非常清新。 民宿門前空間大，有多棵較大的桂花樹，要是在9月桂花盛開的時節，相信即使在房間內也可以聞到桂花的清香。 民宿旁邊就有停車場，自駕旅行也不用擔心停車的問題。

We stayed here for a few days in October and had such a good experience. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very delicious and one of the best I've had. This hotel is located by several good restaurants and really close to subway stations as well. I highly recommend this hotel!
