不得不説，這個酒店的性價比槓槓的。24年的新店，免費停車，房間乾淨裝修上檔次，還有機器人服務。離萬達很近，周邊吃飯和打車到景點都很方便。前台服務熱情周到，特別感謝小夏，看我們帶了兩個孩子，給我們升級了1.35的雙人床，還送了迎接水果，體驗感特別好，下次來杭州還選擇住這裏，好評👍🏻

住了這麼多酒店，這家是我唯一想主動評價的。入住前一天因為應酬宿醉。早上八點的時候我下來取外賣（因為等不及機器人送上來），到了一樓，應該是大堂經理主動過來詢問我身體狀況。在我沒有提任何要求的情況下，為我主動提供了熱蜂蜜水，香蕉，酒店自製的米糊。這讓一個宿醉的人，真的有感覺到酒店給客人提供的温暖。真的很感謝。

During my stay at this brand new hotel I enjoyed the features that new building has to offer, such as comfy mattress, fresh furniture and ideally clean surfaces. Some issues usual for just opened hotels happened, but I have nothing to complain about, because hotel personnel fixed it immediately, and frankly speaking, did much more than I expected. I especially value that they care about my privacy, for example, they do cleaning only after contacting me. I'm impressed the level of service they provided. Also worth to mention, the breakfasts are the best here, even compared to other Mercure's hotel and location is convenient with subway line stop nearby.

房間很乾凈，寬敞 ，裝修風格也是我喜歡的！雙床房一家四口住着也不擠。早餐非常豐盛，每天都不重樣。下次來杭州，還會選擇住這裏。

Best Experience Ever! The service was really unexpectedly amazing. Top notch service by every single staff from the front desk to back end cleaning aunty. Everyone was friendly and went above their regular duties to go all out to help. Eg. With my difficult return of online purchases. The most amazing thing was the free laundry service they provided. All I needed to do was to drop off my clothes and tick the service ”wash and dry” or ”sort white and black” and the clothes were returned by the end of the day hanged on my door, washed smelling good and folded. Surprisingly this service is free. Safe to say, it's my best hotel experience in my many years of travel to China. Highly recommended.

價格在市區中不算貴，住宿的環境、衞生等比同價的快捷酒店好多了，服務態度規範，值得推薦，便宜，實惠，整體還不錯，挺乾淨的，位置很好，離地鐵口也近，交通便利，環境舒適。

之前住過揚州的全季酒店，感覺不錯，所以這次又選擇了這家酒店（杭州拱墅萬達廣場店），依然感覺很好，尤其前台工作人員熱情幫助我們介紹酒店的情況，我愛人在一樓洗衣房洗衣服，熱情的告訴我們怎樣操作，並耐心的等着衣服洗完烘乾給我們送到房間，大堂明亮乾淨，有免費品茶，房間更是乾淨整潔舒適美觀，角落裡的品茶區給人的感覺，很温馨，停車場在地下，車位很多，很方便，不收費。樓下有一家餐廳，很火，家常菜，不貴還好吃。小小建議就是解決電梯比較慢的問題，上下電梯要等一會兒。
