Hotel di Bandar Baru Qianjiang, Hangzhou

過年帶小孩兒出來玩，選了這家店，沒想到這家酒店真的蠻給力，西湖邊的性價比之王！兩三百的價格就能體會到舒適的酒店旅居體驗。酒店衞生乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，視野也很好，下次會推薦親朋好友都來玩的！前台小劉給我的印象也很深刻，服務很到位。 有免費停車位，超級加分，去西湖很方便。性價比超級高

The hotel gives a grand vibe, beautiful, clean, luxury interior. The hotel smells so good, the moment we step into the lobby, it gives such a nice feeling. The room & toilet are spotless clean & very spacious. We really love the smart toilet. Our room view is very beautiful facing the river especially at night with lights on. The buffet breakfast selection is very great & very good quality. The location is good, just next to the Qiantang river. We enjoy our bike riding & scrolling at night with great view. The hotel staffs are friendly & helpful. A compliment to staffs Matt Ma, Max Ji , Nick, Anderson for their service. Also my wife would like to give a special honorable mention to these staffs for being helpful & their exceptional service: Edward Lu & Molly Gao (receptionist staffs), Doreen Ji (housekeeping staff) Overall is super satisfied! So glad that we chose this hotel. We enjoyed our stay so much during our 1st visit in Hangzhou. We really recommend it to our family & friends! This will definitely be our main choice to stay when we visit Hangzhou again.

Location is great, service is fine and it’s a comfortable place. So in theory everything is great there. Two issues; 1. However AC didn’t cool the room from 27 degrees (Celsius) which is proven to be too hot to sleep at and causing sleep to deteriorate up to 10% from optimal levels. 2. Also as evidenced by picture 2, AC had collected some dust and cleaning that would drastically improve AC efficiency and improve quality of air inside the rooms, making the stay more pleasant. It’s those little (inexpensive) things that make guests enjoy their stays more, money comes when customers are satisfied and stay healthy, not when their sleep and breathing is disrupted due to neglect and greed.

I choose this hotel because i was in a hurry and didn't had chance to see all the details and amenities. It's located in a good location, you can get anything nearby, it's very convenient. A little disappointed with the toilet and light in the room. The toilet blocked in the middle of the night had to call reception and even after he unclogged it, it again got blocked, and the wash basin was also blocked and we couldn't get cold water there was only hot water if we moved to the cold side of the tap the water stops, and the light was not bright, room was looking a little dark, but it was a comfortable room, good to stay for a night, to avoid unnecessary troubles and problems.

A fantastic experience. State of the art modern facilities wit an excellent ambience. In-room design and accessories are high-end. The lounge is a slick combination of Chinese and modern style. Best option near the Hangzhou East station. This is a newly constructed hotel so the introductory price is probably low, i think the prices will rise soon once this new branch becomes well-known.

房間隔音比較差，門口外賣打電話可以聽到我的聲音，空調基本沒用，睡得有點冷。 服務挺好的，但是我們攜程是三點退房的，2 點打電話就來問了。 拖鞋有點臟，因為是對摺放的看不到底打開發現底部是很臟應該是再回收也沒認真洗的。 最最最主要的是公寓沒有停車券，住一晚上交停車費交 96 元。 設施：有一點點舊了，而且電梯在停車場申請了也按不上去繞了一大圈，按照指示去了另一個電梯到一樓結果那個大門上了鎖鏈，又下到地下停車場走了車行道繞一圈大概十分鐘走上去的 衞生：一般，拖鞋有點臟 服務：挺好的

酒店位於迪凱城星大廈高區，我一直喜歡叫華住大廈，整個北塔樓都是華住系的酒店。 硬件:因為位於高區，又是華住系的高端品牌，整個房間比中區的桔子水晶大了一圈。標配N家膠囊咖啡機（兩膠囊），minibar多了青島和怡泉蘇打水。洗手間區域硬乾濕分離，必須好評。獨立衞生間吉博力壁掛配惠達智能座蓋。盥洗室有梳粧台比較適合女士。淋浴頂噴可以和花灑同時使用且水量不減 服務:點贊辦入住時候的Ji和James，很親切，站在客人角度考慮問題的同時，也完成了KPI。美中不足一點，酒店只有一台送餐機器人，高峯時候人力送餐速度不能保證。 總之，春節期間鬧中取靜的酒店，性價比高。酒店離很多地方距離適中，推薦入住。

This is my favourite hotel in Hangzhou. Modern and Stylish. I stayed here when I arrived to work in Hangzhou in 2020. I then moved into an apartment in the same building. The staff are friendly and attentive. It was a delightful stay. I will always stay here when I visit Hangzhou. There are metro stations nearby. Using a DiDi to and from the hotel is easy as well. HANGZHOU is a beautiful city, and so is The Crystal Orange Hotel! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

總是出差也不是第一次住亞朵了，這個亞朵給我的感覺也是挺好的，是在一個寫字樓裏，電梯很快，然後樓層也比較高嗎我特地要求安排的是比較安靜的房間，房間確實是挺安靜的，在入住期間有一點小插曲，前台也幫忙很及時的解決了，挺好的早餐和晚上的粥都挺好的，如果有需要入住的小夥伴還是很推薦的。我訂的這個房型的話，我很喜歡他那個落地窗高樓層看的話很漂亮。
