Hotels Near Autumn Moon on the Calm Lake in Hangzhou

I really don't want to mention this hotel to anyone, would like to keep it it for myself only 🤭 The hotel everything is fantastic n the staff is wonderful. The west lake just Infront of us, the restaurant nearby are many many. 👍👍👍👍👍 Don't ask, stay and you shall love it.

Room was spacious for our family for 4 and bed was very comfortable. There is even a partial view of West Lake from our room. Staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast buffet choices are good and food is delicious. As the hotel is located within shopping district/pedestrian streetwalk, you will need to walk about 5 min to the pick-up area to board a taxi.

The hotel is very near the shopping street near West Lake, which is super convenient to every attraction we want to visit. Metro is a stone throw away. The housekeeping staff is friendly. We are not able to adjust the temperature in our room, only giving out warm air, making our room 31 degrees hot for all 3 nights. Luckily, we visited during winter and was able to open the winter to make the room cooler. The breakfast is ok, not many selections. The doors of the toilet and shower are translucent, and you will be able to see each other. Hence, it is not advisable if you are going with friends.

Had a great stay at the hotel. Room is cosy yet spacious enough to put a couple of big luggages. Room is clean and comfortable. Room have universal charging plug so you don’t need a china plug converter. The basin is separated from the toilet/bath area so 2 person can wash up at the same time. It is only 5 mins walk to the main attraction in hangzhou, the west lake. The soundproofing might be needing a little work but overall it is a great stay. I would highly recommend it.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Very short walking distance to West Lake, Metro, Bus stops, Huge Malls, restaurants, street foods, all you can name in Hangzhou. The services are great, rooms are clean and newly renovated. The staff are very helpful, and the little things add to the experience, like free popcorns, drinks, ear plugs, hot tea/water, etc. Everything is very thoughtful. There is even a laundry room which is very convenient for light packers travelers.

we stayed in a twin room again before going back to Shenzhen. we came back from 4days stay in Huangshan. i left my big luggage in the reception. and the staff was so cheerful and talked about our trip in Huangshan. so she gave us room 1018 which is just right next to the Venice Restaurant. i have no regret staying in this hotel. except for the noise in the 7am! i was still sleepy by 7am as i stayed late getting anxious about the Jeju air mishap. as our flight will br on dec30 night. so i worried a lot then when im in my good sleep, i was awaken by the hammering and drilling noise on the other side of the wall.. so this incident ruined my rest. i was quite dizzy in the morning due to lack of sleep but i just managed to drink coffee to stay awake for the rest of the day.

Comfortable, clean and spacious room with high quality amenities. Location was superb. There are plenty of restaurants and cafe within walking diatance. The staff was very helpful. When my cellphone was left in a taxi they helped me contact police and the taxi driver to get my cellphone back. They were very patient and kind. I couldn’t thank them enough.

The hotel is located strategically , in the middle of the city, near the subway and West Lake. Going to the places of interest is fairly easy from this hotel as the location of the subway/metro is nearby. Walk out of the hotel, turn right, and walk down straight. In less than three minutes, you can see a large shopping centre on your right. Next to Muji is Longxiangqaio, the subway station (Exit D). The direction to West Lake from the hotel is also the same going to the subway station. Instead of turning to the right, just continue walking straight and you can see the lake in less than 5 minutes. Since the hotel is located in the city centre, food options are plentiful with many restaurants, cafes and department stores. The most interesting part of the hotel for me is the rotating restaurant located on the 20th floor, where buffet breakfast is served. If the weather is good this place is good to view the beautiful lake and sunrise. The choice and selection of food here is fantastic ranging from Chinese food and Western food. The hotel is awesome for its facilities. There are a number of restaurants and a gym area. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The consige was very helpful when we enquried for a map of Hangzhou and provided good advice on interesting places to visit. When I checked out of the hotel, the staff also provided a parting gift. I received a massage brush while my friend was given a cute keychain. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Orange Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel's facilities, including a cozy lounge and well-maintained common areas, added to the overall comfort. Its central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions and access public transport. The breakfast offered a good variety of tasty options to start the day. Overall, Orange Hotel provided excellent service and value for money. I would happily stay here again!

This is the best hotel my family and I have stayed in China.The family room can easily accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. The hotel toilet is very clean too. It is just a stone throw away from the metro station, which is so convenient. We were also greeted by smiles by the hotel staff. We would like to thank 小张 and 秋风 for their hospitality during our stay there. There is also a big table provided at my floor area for us to dine there. The breakfast buffet was also great! Will definitely book this hotel in future!
