Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Hannover

We stayed there a week during a trade show. On *********** I saw there by chance room prices above 1000 €. What do you get for it ? The rooms are top notch, comfy beds and nice bathrooms. We checked in on a Sunday evening and found out that our room ( 3rd floor) did not have internet. We informed the staff at check in, who reluctantly said they would fix it. We told them again on Tuesday evening, having in the meantime met some of our neighbours also sitting on the stairs for getting internet. Needless to say that even on Friday when we left nobody had fixed it. I talked about it at check-out, no apology ,nada. Breakfast is the slowest I have ever seen. When I ordered some fried eggs I was told that this would take 20 minutes. In general the staff at breakfast showed their incompetence also at other tables. Some people waited 30 minutes for their scrambled eggs During the week we entered the hotel restaurant one evning at 20:25. It was empty and a pretty arrogant maitre told us ”everything is reserved”. We found a good Italian restaurant nearby. When we returned at 10 pm we heard from collegues in the bar, that nobody had eaten there. He succeeded avoiding servicing cutsomers The only highlight in customer service in this hotel is the small bar. The long time bar chief is very friendly and fast, he makes you feel at home.

Had a good and comfortatble stay here, everything was as expected. Central location, comfortable and modern rooms. Everything was clean and the staff was really friendly. I'd stay here again when in town next time.

Unkomplizierter checkin und die Koffer konnten untergestellt werden. Nette Rezeptionisten. Modernes Zimmer, gemütliches Bett und ausreichend Platz. Netter Ausblick im 8. Stock Tolles Frühstück. Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

傳統的房間 設施比較老，但非常乾淨，提供一次性拖鞋有點意外。地理位置特級，就在火車站對麪。夏天可能不行 沒有冷氣，歐洲酒店普遍不需要什麼服務。

Das Hotel ist im großen und ganzen zu empfehlen. Betten, Bad sowie das gesamte Ambiente sind stimmig zueinander. Das Frühstücksangebot ist reichlich aber nicht überladen. Auch das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich! Kritik gibt es an der Sauberkeit um und im Hotel. Draußen liegt fast überall Müll und die Scheiben sind schmutzig. Auf dem Zimmer sieht es Oberflächlich sauber aus. Allerdings beim Blick u.a. auf den Klorollenhalter der im Staub versinkt aber auch die Spiegel die noch Streifen aufweisen, Edelstahlapplikationen die bunt sauber sind......... Das Waschbecken lief nicht bzw sehr langsam ab. Ein Zimmertausch wurde uns angeboten. Es herrscht Handlungsbedarf. Da sind wir anderes gewohnt. Schade

Hotel ini menghadap ke jalan, lokasinya lebih unggul, terdapat banyak restoran, pusat membeli-belah dan sebagainya. Tidak ada tempat meletak kenderaan. Kakitangan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu hotel akan mencadangkan tempat letak kenderaan. Masa berjalan lebih kurang 5 minit. Semasa wabak, sarapan bukanlah bufet, tetapi agak mudah untuk dihantar ke meja oleh kakitangan perkhidmatan

We went for a 50 year bday...what a mistake..we had been 2 x and I especially chose this hotel on the way to Denmark because i knew it..arrived in hotel late...got a room on 1 st floor no airco and fridge not working. Called reception. Answer: our technical team hasn't reported anything.. airco working fine...my answer : but I am telling u it doesn't work...1 collegue came to say come to reception and chg room this colleague very friendly. second person saying ur room is fine....we go down and got the most unfriendly and rude receptionist I have ever met. I have worked in several hotels as a receptionist so I know really well what this work is all about..but this guy...I reserved this hotel making a detour on our route to Denmark but had I known I would never have done this I paid for a superior room..no airco no fridge..was transferred with rolling eyes and shaking head into room with huge lump of hair on floor dirty bathroom glass and had to go back to rude receptionist to get bed done for my child who had just had operation and wasn't feeling well..we have been staying in a lot of Novotel hotels..london paddington Hammersmith hannover brussels...but this leaves a very bad experience and I am so sad I chose this hotel for such a special occasion.

Das Einchecken war sehr freundlich und es standen Äpfel und Erfrischungen in der Lobby. Ebenfalls gibt es zum Shuttleservice zum Flughafen nur Positives zu berichten, pünktlich und hilfsbereit. Vom Zimmer hätte ich mir mehr erwartet. Es ist geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet und sehr geräumig und absolut sauber. Allerdings frage ich mich, warum es kein ”helles” Licht gibt. Die Lampen im Zimmer werfen nur dunkles indirektes Licht. Es war nicht möglich das Zimmer hell zu erleuchten. Das schlug ganz schön aufs Gemüt. Der Schalter zwischen Nachttischlampe und Leselampe war defekt, also gar nicht vorhanden, nur das Innenleben war sichtbar, was ich für gefährlich halte. Zwar wirbt das Leonardo mit schallisolierten Fenstern. Ich konnte keinen Unterschied zu normal verglasten Fenstern feststellen und es war unglaublich laut in der Nacht. Hinzu kam noch die Hellhörigkeit, so dass wir die Fernseher, Toilettengeräusche etc. der Nachbarzimmer gut hören können. Einen Wasserkocher wie in der Zimmerbeschreibung angepriesen, gab es bei uns nicht. Nur eine Kapselmaschine stand zur Verfügung. Damit mussten wir für unseren Tee das Wasser bereiten und somit schmeckte der Tee nach Kaffee. Auch sehr schade, dass nicht auf Nachhaltigkeit geachtet wird und tatsächlich noch Kaffeekapseln angeboten werden. Für eine Nacht, um zum Flughafen zu gelangen, ist es OK. Einen längeren Aufenthalt kann ich nicht empfehlen.

We wanted to stay just out of the hustle of the city and this hotel fitted that bill. It’s located in a good area with plenty of eating options nearby and is really close to the tram, u bahn and bus stop for getting around. Everywhere in the hotel is exceptionally clean with good size rooms. We were there 3 nights and were given the opportunity to decline the maid service which we did and were given two vouchers for a free soft drink. The breakfast was excellent with a huge choice and this set us up for the day. Really pleasant staff in the restaurant as well as throughout the hotel. The only disappointment was the bar was closed when we wanted a drink on a Sunday evening at 9.30pm.

Albergo in centro, struttura ottima con tutti i servizi. I ragazzi alla reception gentilissimi. Consigliato al 100%. Vista dalla camera pia e spaziosa e con ogni confort.
