Homestay is in an alley, walking distance from Pham Van Dong street for about 5 minutes walk. Homestay has both accommodation and guests to rent. There is no staff on the homestay there. Entering the homestay, you must contact the staff and install a hand-sign code to enter.
At first, I chose the mark 5, then changed to mark 06. However, when I checked in on the first day, I was given a mark 05 room. Then I asked to change the room but couldn't change the *** but the homestay gave a 10% discount of room 05 then sxep changed my room the next day.
Pros: room amenities ok, clean, spacious
Suitable for families or multiple people to go
Disadvantages: because it is in the alley, the homestay is a bit difficult, there is no duty nvien to solve the problem.

A beautiful hotel that exceeded all expectations! The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, with modern interior and comfortable bed. Staff attentive and welcoming. Always ready to help and answer any questions. The location is also convenient: There are shops, cafes and transportation. Also a huge Vincom Plaza
I am happy to return here again and with confidence I recommend to all those who seek comfort and quality service!

It's a traditional Vietnamese hotel. The front desk is as helpful as possible. It's very close to the client's company. The environment is average, but the room is big and pretty good.

GGuest UserLocation is good and staff are friendly but the owner just doesn't understand about proper cleanliness. I get it's hard to properly clean all 20 or so rooms you have but you are not doing the bare minimum. I've been here on two seperate occasions and both times I found uneaten food from the previous guests that encourages ants, bugs and mice. Clean the room properly please.

YYohanaLocation was a bit far from the main tourist attractions so it will cost about 130,000 VND each way to get to the old quarter area.
However I chose this hotel because of a business appointment I had to attend nearby.
There are plenty of places to get food nearby also an AEON mall within walking distance.
Amenities are quite old so a renovation would be recommended. My room was at 6th floor so I have no clues if that contributes to the weak shower water pressure.
Staff members are lovely however communication in english can be a little bit challenging.
Overall it was okay given the good budget.

GGuest UserMy room is on the 5th floor, the sunset view is quite beautiful. The room is full of necessary items. The location is right near the main road, quite easy to find.
However, the room cleaning work is not very careful. When I checked in, I had a check in, there was a refrigerator, in the refrigerator there was a whole bowl of vegetables left by the previous guest. The cabinet and the head of the bed were quite dusty, the blanket was also a bit dusty and when I came back, I was allergic. On the first night and the morning of the second day, my room kept losing water, so it was quite inconvenient, hope the hotel will check the water system carefully. Another point is that the door of the room was broken and the lock, I checked in, lazy to move things, so I didn't ask for a room change. However, this makes me a bit dissatisfied, because the hotel did not inform me in advance, until I couldn't lock it, I went down to ask and told me that someone would come to fix it tomorrow. But until I checked out, I didn't see anyone to fix it.

Phòng tuy hơi bé chút , nhưng tiện nghi khá đầy đủ , sạch sẽ .. Sau này có cơ hội sẽ quay lại ủng hộ tiếp ạ ❤️
