Hotel 4 bintang Hanoi Quan Cau Giay

I stayed this hotel for 3 days. Yeah Reception employee was really great with communication. She can speak english good, and her attitude was really lovely. Rooftop pool was not that bad and not that great. Just normal pool in roof. Breakfast was good enough. Foremost, Location is seems like far away from a old city and center of city. But yeah i will recommend this hotel for sure. Thank you for all employee for 3 night experience in 22 land residence

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The room looked exactly like the photos – beautiful, well-equipped, and with a super comfy bed. The view from the window was also lovely. The host was incredibly responsive, providing detailed check-in instructions that made the whole process seamless. The location is excellent too, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Overall, a very satisfying stay and highly recommended!

Friendly stuff. Clean rooms. Overall, it's a good location. They have a small pool on the roof. I can recommend this hotel with confidence

There are many delicious restaurants nearby, all at affordable prices. Breakfast is included. It's a highly recommended place for a quick getaway or business trip. The counter service is fast, reliable, and friendly.

Visited this hotel again and stayed on the 8th floor. It was very good. But the water in the bathroom basin and shower is really too small, making it difficult to take a bath. Hope it will improve when we come again.

The hotel a little off the centre, nevertheless the hotel offers nice views. Would have loved it if they could cater for halal breakfast.

The manager here strives to accommodate guests and minimize disruptions. He makes himself available to guests very quickly and is extremely responsive even late at night. You can book with him comfortably knowing he will help sort out any problems that you encounter during your stay. I had a few hiccups during the stay but received top notch troubleshooting. 

The hotel offers an excellent experience with a modern self check-in process. Even though I booked at the last minute, I received clear instructions via WeChat right away, making everything smooth and convenient. The staff were attentive and quick to assist when needed. The apartment is new, spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. A perfect choice for my stay.
