Hotel 2 bintang Hanoi Quan Hoan Kiem

Stayed here for a few nights, close to main tourist areas. Not too loud, considering it's Hanoi, just hear those church bells. The room had what I needed, and they regularly cleaned the room. They let me stay in the same room longer after my booking, which was appreciated. They have free baggage storage, which was useful and always had plenty of free water for those hot days. The staff are friendly and helpful. The elevator is small, but that's a normal thing for those areas. Great stay and would stay again.

For my case written below, I rated perfect but let me share this: I didn't care about this matter but they had a different price for rooms with/without windows. Rooms without them is cheaper than thise with then and the receptionist judges with the official price of each type regardless of Trip.com's information. As I didn't know about the difference and care about it, it wasn't a problem but be sure to send confirmation in advance or claim your booking on Trip.com by check-in. Vietnamese language helps as the staffs there aren't good at speaking in English enough to understand the negotiations. Else? I think all good. Installation, location, price, etc. They have a booking office so you can arrange your trip after arrival in Vietnam.

#1 Price: I have stayed in many locations in old town because I like to move around and experience different settings. At this price point; this hotel by far (after 3 different hotels) is the best choice for your hard earned money. Location: Excellent; 25 seconds walk from lake and close to all the attractions of old town. Really doesn’t get any better than this. Room: Everything works. -Large New smart TV with Netflix and YouTube -Fast WiFi/internet (can remote work) -(High ceiling and spacious) (I’m 5’8 ;see photos for reference) Many hotels around the area cut corners and make their rooms small and ceilings low to save space which can make you feel claustrophobic after a day or two. “Very important after a day out in old town with all the tight spaces / crowds and chaos.” -(Barely any street noise inside room; I’m sensitive to noise and slept like a baby) -Room cleaned everyday by staff. +Bonus points for the versatile lighting inside room; 8 different switches for different lighting options. ((Hotel Staff)) Available 24 hours Young and eager to help; very knowledgeable speaking many different languages and knows the town very well. (Don’t underestimate these young men and women.) I have never seen such hard working young individuals who have no other intention but to help you have the best stay at this establishment. (Special shout out) to “Denny” who ran out in the pouring rain to help me find my car ride to the airport because we were running late. Conclusion; Stop wasting time reading this review and book this hotel before the rooms are all taken; I was lucky to find a room since they’re mostly always booked.

The location of the hotel is excellent. On the left side of the hotel is Hoan Kiem Lake. On the right side, you will walk to the Hanoi Cathedral. The hotel room is clean and tidy. There is a small balcony. Breakfast can be eaten at the stall on the left side of the hotel door. There is a famous rice noodle shop on the right side of the hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Hanoi where most of the attractions are located considering its competitive price. We stayed there for four days. The hotel has no lift but we're lucky to be assigned to the second floor. The reception area especially the sofa, has many cat's hair but it's not a problem for us because my wife loves cats. Service is excellent especially in maintaining organized, and clean rooms with complete basic needs.. We only worry for some time where the reception area has no personnel assigned while the main entrance of the hotel is left open with the room keys placed on the front desk. Generally I recommend this hotel for anyone planning to visit Hanoi.

it’s worth for living, the hostel located just nearby the old quarter, many stores and restaurants outside. The staffs are friendly and helpful, also can leave the luggage after checking out.

We, me and the parent, have booked the first homestay in our journey, and actual room, balcony, and the room design that we stayed in are nearly same as the photos described in Trip.com. Services were great, the landlord handled somethings such as the unthrown rubbish on the bin when he accepts our concerns or complaints humblely. The location is convenient for what we wait the shuttle bus and finding someplace to eat. At the last day we stay, my mum suddenly fallen on the low-stepped floor of the corridor, and caused her lefted knee and chest injured, We would sincerely tell you that add the slopes on there🙏🙏🙏

It is a cheap homestay located in the center of the old city.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, right in the city center in the old quarter. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, clubs, and massage salons nearby. The room itself was not bad and matched the price. The only downside was the dirty and torn towels and a broken shower. Other than that, everything else was fine.
