Hotel 5 bintang Hanoi Quan Hoan Kiem

The hotel is located in central Hanoi, convenient to get to different places. Kathy at the front desk is very helpful and super knowledgeable about food. We tried many restaurants and street food recommended by her and they are very tasty. She also recommended a cooking class to us which made it easier to kill time on a rainy day. It’s always great to have local recommendations when traveling - this made us feel at home instantly. I highly recommend this hotel and please say hi to Kathy next time you visit :)

Very conveniently located hotel in old quarter. We were placed in a room JUST beside the gym (with access to swimming pool) and we are so amazed. The breakfast spread met our expectation. There was a massage parlour JUST beside the hotel. There were also food, souvenir and shopping all around. We booked a Halong Bay day tour at the receptionist with ease as the friendly staffs speak simple English so communication is easy.

I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels in Hanoi, but this one is by far my favourite! Amazing location, close enough to the main spots (10-15 minutes walk) but far enough that you get to see a different, quieter, side to Hanoi. Every part of my stay was thoroughly enjoyable. The staff are amazing... Warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Even though the hotel only opened a week ago, the staff are doing a superb job. The rooms and communal spaces are beautifully decorated, spotless, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the spa offered excellent value (special thanks to Rae, who was especially helpful and lovely to chat with). Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t ideal, so I didn’t get to try the rooftop pool, but it looked stunning nonetheless 😉 I'll be back again to try it out!

A truly fantastic stay! We can't fault this hotel. Our experience was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel itself is spotless and very well-kept. What really stood out, however, was the staff—they were incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and valued. The location is ideal for exploring Hanoi's Old Quarter, with everything within easy walking distance. We particularly loved being just a short stroll from the lake, allowing for a beautiful morning walk each day. We also made time to visit the spa, which was a lovely and relaxing treat. Overall, a brilliant hotel that we would highly recommend and would not hesitate to book again.

Spent 3 nights here during the National Day holiday in Hanoi. The location is super convenient, close to Train Street, Hoan Kiem Lake, and the Old Quarter, with plenty of cafes nearby. The breakfast is mainly European, but they also have pho, which I had every morning. It was just as good as, if not better than, the pho from Michelin-starred places outside! The staff provided excellent service. They were quick to address and resolve any issues, and their service-mindedness was top-notch – they even proactively helped with luggage. The only minor drawback is that the room was a bit small, but that's a small detail that doesn't overshadow the overall experience. I highly recommend staying here!

The proverb Hotel is located in the Old Quarter, making it very convenient to visit various attractions. Hanoi is a bustling city. The service was excellent; both the front desk and the bellhops were professional, sincere, and enthusiastic. The hotel is new, but there were no unpleasant odors. The room furnishings and decorative materials were of good quality. One of the connecting rooms had a very large bed, while the other room had two smaller beds. There's a door in between, allowing them to be separated or combined. Both rooms have their own private bathrooms. The mini baguettes at breakfast were delicious – though, honestly, any baguette in Hanoi seems to be tasty! It was also very easy to call a ride-sharing service from right outside the hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making the check-in process quick and easy. The room was spacious and bright, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, fueling me for the day ahead. The hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, ideal for relaxation. Overall, I left with a lasting impression and look forward to returning!

Recently I spent 3 nights in Sapa and before returning to Singapore, spent a night in Hanoi at the La Siesta Boutique Hotel. The experience was a great one.  When we checked in, Ms Huyen Anh attended to us. She was conversant in both English and Chinese and took our questions patiently and answered them well. I feel she is a gem to the hotel. On the next day, my missus misplaced her Hp in the Grab taxi on the way to the hotel but we were able to recover the Hp both through the help of the staff in the Red Bean Restaurant (which was housed on the 11th floor of the hotel) as well as the hotel staff including Ms Huyen Anh. The food at the Red Bean Restaurant was another thing altogether. Not only was the food great, the service was top notch too. We ended up having our dinner, breakfast and lunch there. I wish to thank both the staff of the La Siesta Hanoi and the Red Bean Restaurant for their great service and hospitality. Both the hotel and the restaurant have big Hearts.

The on-site restaurant served a delightful mix of authentic Vietnamese cuisine and international dishes, with fresh ingredients and bold flavors that left a lasting impression. The breakfast buffet was expansive, offering everything from phở to freshly baked pastries, catering to every palate. The rooftop bar was a perfect spot to unwind, with creative cocktails and panoramic views of the city at night. The facilities, including the serene spa and well-equipped fitness center, were top-notch. I indulged in a traditional Vietnamese massage that melted away all stress, and the staff’s attentiveness made the experience even more special. The hotel’s prime location in Hanoi also made it easy to explore nearby attractions, though the tranquil atmosphere of Classyc Hotel made it tempting to stay in all day. Overall, my staycation at Classyc Hotel was a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and cultural immersion. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a rejuvenating escape in the heart of Hanoi. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Perfect little touch for my husband’s birthday. The staffs were accommodating and very professional. Reception was great too. We arrived about 8pm and we didn’t have to wait long before the Check in process was completed, was ushered to a relaxing and comfortable room soon after. The room is spacious and basic amenities was there. I definitely enjoyed the pool but the jacuzzi has not been working for the entire time of my stay. There was no attendant to ask questions too though. Overall stay was comfortable. Breakfast was great such a lovely spread.
