good CLEAN facilities, missed the Japanese Onsen but breakfast was like dining in Japan. Love the service and courtesy from the staff

What a lovely hotel. We landed on our first day in Hanoi at this lovely property, just overlooking the lake. Its a nice, calm, quaint area with cafes and restaurants around. The rooms are spacious, best amongst all the other hotels that we stayed in.. The room, bathroom has a luxurious and Victorian kind of feel. The staff at the reception, entrance also at the breakfast restaurant were very helpful. The breakfast is also very nice, lot of variety.. thoughtful to have a little Indian food counter for breakfast. All in all we had a great stay. Thank You.

The hotel may be old but most importantly, the rooms are spacious, and it feels like home. And clean. Cleanliness is very important to me. The rooms are ”huge”! I love this 80+sqm size, so nice to have large rooms once & for all !! And toilets are clean & huge! Location is excellent, it's about 10 mins to the Old Quarters but the location around the hotel is good - some nice restaurants & generally much better than staying in the old quarter area which can be hap hazard.

The hotel also has a restaurant serving Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine. 4. Service: The staff is frequently praised for their helpfulness and proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Japanese, and Chinese. The housekeeping service is noted for its thoroughness and attentiveness, although they were not able to understand basic English word and it becomes little difficult at times. 5. Absolutely amazing experience! The hotel is in a sky scraper from where you can see all of Hanoi. I was there during the ***** new year celebrations and one of the best locations to view the firworks was the hotel's lobby and restraunt. The hotel also organized lion dance for ***** new year. The breakfast is also really good with loads and loads of cuisine options. Also try the pecan pie at the cafe, it is absolutely delicious. The best part however is the hospitality team. Kudos to them for making me and my girlfriend feel fully taken care of. Their attention to detail to each guest's plans is immaculate. It was ***** new year night and we could not find a grab as there were none available and we had a train to catch. The staff knew where we were headed as they also helped us book. They had already ordered a cab for us as we were getting late. The team made our stay delightful and I will definitely be back.

酒店客房一共就四十七間房的樣子，設計師Bill Bensley 把歌劇元素融入到了酒店的每一處細節，一層演出區轉角將開放式酒吧與舞台分開，後台則是全日制餐廳。璀璨的方格網吊頂以及歌劇舞枱佈景，彩排舞台、化粧間、復古禮服、還有幾十件法國殖民時期的老物件一應俱全。每個樓層都有藝術家、設計師、音樂家等各自主題，甚至每間客房都有對應主題的大師和不同風格的戲劇場景。整體來説是一家中型酒店，一眼驚艷，服務細節符合價位，備品選用也是大瓶裝，中規中矩，mini bar非酒精類免費，每天一續。the living room免費下午茶，晚上免費各類酒，小吃全包，從性價比角度來説還是值得的，周邊屬於絕對的富人區，各種奢侈品店鋪林立，晚上有入夜儀式，開夜床後送了眼罩和小禮物，數據線會幫你用皮扣扣起來，小細節還是拉滿。 河內嘉佩樂今年B1層的光輝Koki日料獲得1星 ，衹有14個座位，提供類似 Omekase 的set，價格比較貴（晚上基本套餐 5500000/人，8500000/人），2月14日提前郵件預訂6點半晚餐，到了基本滿座。菜單是固定的選擇不多，出品都很不錯。 我們選擇的基本套餐，一是兩種囗味的蛤蜊鐵板燒，二是車海蝦鐵板燒配香草醬汁，三是招牌八重山牛肉，牛鼻子認證真的很無語，四是製作了20分鐘的koki招牌蒜香雞肉炒飯，最後的甜品在旁邊的休息廳進餐，是抹茶冰淇淋大福和日式熱甜甜圈的組合。最後香檳和飲用水單獨收了2000000萬，感謝日本大叔主廚，真的帥氣。 河內嘉佩樂早餐在一樓大堂吧旁全日餐廳 Backstage。 Backstage 餐廳最大程度上還原了歌劇院元素，打造了一個通透而華麗的金色大廳，掛滿了歌劇院服飾作為裝飾，鮮花是黃色蝴蝶蘭，菜單是 “Diva’s menu”。 嘉佩樂的早餐從來不會讓人失望，幾乎都是單點，單點菜單簡直眼花繚亂，第一頁便是越南特色河粉，被我們的地導評為河內前三的河粉食物，還有其他傳統美食例如法包三明治等。西式方面，早餐有進口法國的新鮮生蠔和煙燻三文魚華夫餅誠意十足，各式蛋類尤其是班尼迪克蛋做的出神入化，可麗餅，華夫餅也很好吃。 大廚在越南本地享譽盛名，足不出户已經可以在酒店內吃到非常nice，此行已經很滿足了。

Location: Conveniently located, making it easy for us to access everything we needed during our stay. Whether it was nearby attractions, restaurants, or shopping areas, everything seemed within reasonable distance, which added to the convenience of our stay. Recommendation: I would definitely recommend for families or travelers looking for spacious and comfortable accommodations in a good location. The room size and comfort level make it suitable for families, and the convenience of the location adds to its appeal. Breakfast Experience: While the overall experience was positive, one aspect that didn’t quite meet our expectations was the breakfast. The quality and variety of breakfast options were not as impressive as we had hoped. We found that dining at nearby establishments provided more satisfying options for breakfast. Conclusion: In conclusion, our stay at was enjoyable and met most of our expectations. The family room provided comfortable accommodation, the location was convenient for accessing amenities, and I would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable stay in the area. However, for those particular about breakfast, exploring options outside the hotel might offer a more satisfying experience.

こちらのホテルは4泊5日の日程で利用しましたが、部屋は常に清潔で、クーラーは強力、朝食ビュッフェもとてもおいしかったです。特に牛肉フォーは外の有名レストランのそれよりおいしかったし、毎朝のベトナムアイスコーヒーも外のカフェと変わらないくらい美味しく、大満足です。また旅行最終日、日本へのフライトが深夜だったのですが、チェックアウトした後もシャワーを使わせてくれてとても助かりました。（あのままだと汗をかいたまま飛行機に乗らないといけなかったため）ホテルのスタッフ皆が親切でしたが、JennyとMには特に親切にしてもらいました。素晴らしい体験をありがとう！ I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, the room was always clean, the air conditioner was powerful, and the breakfast buffet was very good. In particular, the beef pho was better than that of the famous restaurant outside, and the Vietnamese iced coffee every morning was as delicious as the café outside, and I was very satisfied. Also, on the last day of the trip, my flight to Japan was late at night, but they let me use the shower even after checking out, which was very helpful. All the hotel staff were very nice (because I had to get on the plane sweating as it was), but Jenny and M were especially helpful. Thanks for the great experience!

This hotel is still not complete. A lot of construction still on-going. The first room we checked-in was not finished. Even the blinds/curtains on the glass wall between bedroom and bathroom was missing. Totally disappointing! But, I would give full marks to the manager and the front office team. They were very courteous, and helpful. They facilitate an early checkin without even asking! They were personally checking and helping with every small details of our stay, travel itinerary, tour bookings, food, etc. They were very cooperative and more than willing to offer complimentary cabs and drinks when we let them know about the disappointments around the room quality and facilities. To summarise, what was started off as a bad experience was turned into an memorable stay by a highly professional, friendly team!!

Stayed here for 3D2N. Noteworthy points: 1. Very professional concierge and service staffs. 2. Apartment provides full suite of amentities - lounge, breakfast area, indoor children’s play area, gym, pool, yoga/dance studio, golf simulator. Perfect for long stays 3. Rooms were spacious and fully equipped. Shout out to Somerset for providing a large bottled water to last us throughout our stay. 4. Very clean rooms. 5. Apartment is located outside of Old Quarter - approximately 20-25mins drive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
