Hotel terbaik di Hanoi

Truly wonderful service, great location, very nice rooms, the best tasting restaurant on rooftop with amazing views. Really happy we stayed here. The employee named Don also helped upgrade our room, book us a train ticket last minute, store our bags, and and check out late. The only minor improvement could be that the gym is limited and had a slightly not working machine. Overall would recommend to everyone.

The service was incredible. Wendy was super helpful and it's really kind of them to prepare a map of the area and a list of food to try in Hanoi, and to also give us a local specialty cake (btw the cake is good, it's like ang ku kueh). Breakfast is indeed no frills but good enough before you head out for second breakfast 😂😂 they even offer to cook you pho and eggs as part of the ala carte breakfast bar menu. Bed is also clean!! I have mad allergies (dust, animal fur etc etc) all the time and didn't face any issues here. The traveller sockets in the room are also super considerate and thoughtful.

Room was nice enough but kinda old. Seemed to always be waiting for the lift. Noticed some marks/stains on the bedding, more psychological than anything else. Took away and didn’t replace our bathrobes. Shower/taps are so badly designed that they need to print instructions on how to use. Swimming pool is more like an oversized bath, don’t be expecting to do any lap training. Water was also so cloudy I couldn’t see past the length of my arm. Wouldn’t recommend it. Sauna and steam room instructions were also difficult to understand. Found a dead cockroach in the steam room. Showers in pool area felt dirty. We went back to our room to shower. Range of foods at breakfast wasn’t massive but sufficient. Staff were always friendly and well mannered. Convenience stores are within walking distance so buying water is not a problem. Also lots of eateries around.

가성비가 너무 좋음. 아주 저렴한 가격에 에어컨이 빵빵하다니 대박입니다. 방도 넓고 잠깐 쉬다갔는데도 너무 좋았네요.

12時30分に着きましたが、直ぐに部屋に入れてもらいました。窓際の広い部屋に無料でアップグレードしてもらいましたが、すぐ隣でビルの建設工事中で、しかも夜11時頃まで重機で作業をしていて騒音が酷いのとwifiが殆ど繋がらいので、次の日に、窓の無い真ん中の狭い部屋に変えてもらいました。こちらはwifi良好でした。

위치도 좋고 시설도 깨끗하고 프론트 직원분도 너무너무 친절합니다 저렴한가격에 이정도 호텔은 생각지도못한 호사였습니다 감사합니다.

Great place, excellent value room. Staff were very helpful. Various simple breakfast options and the coffee was good. The standard of communication skills amongst the staff was excellent. The cleaners were very thorough and very friendly. The team went out of their way to help me during my stay. My only criticism is that the word ”penthouse” seems a little bit of a stretch for my room...which was really just a room on a high floor ;) nevertheless it was big and very comfortable with excellent amenities for the price. It's a shame I had to cut my stay short, this is a great place!

i and my family really had great vacation in Vietnam specially at DLG hotel. the rooms is very large and clean, spacious. the staff is helpful.thank you amy and jay support me during i stayed DLG. i will introduce for my friend

The room was very spacious and clean I was very satisfied. I had a wonderful vacation. I will come back to book a room next time.
