The service is excellent. It is the second time I have been here and I will come again. Thank you for everything! The breakfast is very good. The staff are very friendly. The location is in the middle of the city and close to many attractions. The room is comfortable and they are cleaned nicely every day.

Cozy place to stay. Close to restaurants, cafe, markets. It's located at the main road with ppl so I could say it is pretty safe place. Really nice and friendly staffs. Special thanks to Mr. Mickkelsen and Mr. Hop for all their help while I was staying this hotel.

One of the Highlight of the trip was staying at Luxeden. Very pretty hotel with a great scent. Breakfast was good and the restaurant is lovely. Staff were very helpful and informative. special thanks to staff Gia Phong for him attentiveness during our stay. We also enjoyed a room at the hotel which was ultimately relaxing.

Excellent services throughout- from check in and bell service, to the quality and service of food in the top-floor restaurant. Friendly, English-speaking staff always ready to extend help. Duyen from the restaurant is a star in assisting guests. Will definitely return for my third stay in a couple of months.
