A very good apartment for couple. Nice location, room very clean and comfortable. Value for the price.

The check-in process was slow and the fine print to keep 1 mil local currency from guests was just a no-go. Asking them to refill/ add amenities was a hit and miss. Luckily we asked when the housekeeping staff was still there and she personally helped us get what we needed. Room was next to the elevator and was not sound-proofing. We can easily hear what the kids were yelling while waiting for the lift.

It was fantastic stay.

출국 전 당일 체크아웃 진행 한 것이 아까울 만큼 좋은 숙소였습니다. 다음에 재방문해서 꼭 1박을 하고 싶습니다. 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 바로 앞 서호도 너무 예쁘고 좋네요

Very good service. The stay at Pegasy was one of the best apartment. It has everything we need for a long stay with the family. The view was lovely and every morning we went out for a walk around the lake. It is such a beautiful place. We highly recommend our friends to come back.

Their service is very good and the staff are very helpful. He helps with the meals and bags and his service is always very professional, lovely and heartfelt. The apartment is also very spacious, with all the amenities neatly laid out. The view from the apartment is also very good. Would come again!

Cris was a very good host. He was very helpful and can speak English. He want out of his way to give us everything we need. We arrived late but he was there to support us. He helped us with getting our luggage and even went out of his way to get us water. He helped us get more nights at the last minute.

The pegasy apartments were very affordable with a lot of features. Coming into the hotel, we felt very welcome and comfortable, with the kind and friendly staff helping us to bring our bags up to the rooms and also bringing us breakfast, which was free and tasted amazing. Definitely worth it and would come again if I had the chance!

Good location. Good facilities. Full amenities in the room, so it’s convenient for long stay. A friendly team manage the hotel, which has been evidently learned from the owner who is a warm and polite man who always finds the time to meet his guests. I will return
