This is by far the best hotel in Hanoi. We enjoyed the breakfast and the Spa. Just the perfect moment to land at this beautiful hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was relatively small in my opinion but good enough for the few days we stayed in Hanoi. It was a pleasant stay for us.

A relatively new boutique hotel which just opened in June 25th, 2023. The hotel is located near to train street and night market There are many eateries, cafe and restaurant nearby the hotel. The breakfast spread was good and the staff are prompt and attentive in attending to your needs.

The environment is very good, the service is very warm, there is a welcome drink when you enter the store, someone helps to take the luggage, and the service is also timely and thoughtful. There is coffee and Vietnamese noodles downstairs. There are a lot of things, and it is also very comfortable to stroll around

The hotel is conveniently located in the old town, close to Huanjian Lake and surrounding attractions. The rooms are clean and sanitary, the service staff are enthusiastic, and the breakfast is very rich. The only thing I am not satisfied with is the restaurant management. Many people are queuing up to wait for the clean dishes to be delivered.

The room was nice, the service was good, the room was very quiet, I will stay here next time I go on a business trip. There are many Vietnamese snacks and specialties nearby, and there are also many coffee shops.

The hotel is located in Hanoi Old Quarter. You can reach nearby attractions on foot. And there are restaurants nearby. It is very convenient to solve meals. A hotel worth staying at again.

I don't recommend this hotel to everyone. First of all, they will ask you a lot of questions when checking in. Secondly, it's very bad to exchange Vietnamese dong. The exchange rate outside is 3520, but they only give 2700. I said I would exchange 1000 RMB first, and they said the exchange rate is 3000, which still cheated me 520, multiplied by 1000 equals 520000, RMB 160. Finally, they charged me 130000 Vietnamese dong when I checked out, saying that I drank the Coke and mineral water in their refrigerator. It's okay if you charge for Coke, but you also charge for mineral water, which is too ***! The key is that you explain it in advance or put a price list there, and I won't say anything. There is no reminder. You will charge when you check out. Although it's not much money, it gives me a very bad feeling! The lobby is dark at night, and the waiter sleeps on the sofa in the lobby. If you want to go out to smoke a cigarette (smoking is prohibited in the hotel), you have to rely on the lights on the road to see the steps clearly! I have to say that the waiter's service awareness is quite in place!

Stayed for two nights and overall it was pretty good. The service staff and breakfast were good. The location was convenient and the price/performance ratio was very good. The only drawback is that the towels are yellowed and need to be replaced with new ones.
