Staff very nice but the bedding and room were not clean. Location is extremely we love it!!

Everything was perfect and the staff was very helpful with everything. Definitely recommend it!

The neighbourhood is very busy. We didn’t hear anything maybe because we stayed on the 5th floor. The room wasn’t ready even though I told them my estimated arrival. Even though the check in was at 2pm, we arrived at 3pm and we had to wait 30’. When we entered the room the floor was still wet. The breakfast was nothing special. They order some food for you. There were only two options and I had to ask the guy for some yogurt and coffee. The rooms overall are modern with safety doors

I think this place is so good as local market is there so we can find local food right away. The room is clean and safe. My only issue is the hot water that we have to wait to get the heat and it remains only for awhile. I stayed in this place on 31 of Dec to 2 of Jan and it is very cold. Overall, my stay there is great. MO

I love the cuteness and aesthetic of this homestay! The place is really clean and comfy; its cozy and homey and I had a good stay despite short. The staffs are all friendly and gave us rolls for breakfast👍

I stayed in Lanha Homestay for one night before leaving Hanoi but I could have spent longer there. It is close to train street and a 15 minute walk through little streets or a very cheap grab to the Old Quarter. The hotel is located on a little alley which doubles up as a local market which was a good experience to see. Staff are welcoming and helpful. The doors and interior is lovely and the rooms are a good size, the bed was very comfy. Breakfast is simple but fine to start the day with a few options to order before. Instructions could be a bit clearer on how to activate the key pads for entry but this is a small thing. Nice shower with hot water. Would recommend.

The room was unexpectedly big and clean as well as the toilet. The price was good and they also provided breakfast. However, the only thing that I don’t like is toilet door because it seems like it’s see through.

I dont really know, had to cancel trip last minute due to natural disaster Typhoon Yagi. But will consider stay if about to visit again.

Place was very clean and service was amazing because they attended to our needs very quickly. Aircon was amazing and the place wasnt too hard to locate! Host is very very nice and they can speak english. Toilet and room were all very clean and bed was comfortable!

Very beautiful hotel!And nice nd confortable rooms. Very good location if you want to see the train street. But a little far from the center. Nice people working there but not everytime there, not 24h/24h as written, it's better to contact them by WhatsApp or zalo than Trip itself. The breakfast is very simple but it's okay. I loved this hotel because very beautiful, we feel like home and I liked the location for me to work. Also I really liked my room. And people helped me a lot. So I recommend it, but don't wait here for answers, contact directly by WhatsApp for specific questions. 🤗

The location is closed to the market and city center. The room is clean and staffs are friendly. However, it has poor sound insultation.
