Location - best as it is neat night market and restaurants Bed- not as comfy, the sheets are old and itchy Service- Best, they are helpful and attentive I think this is the only good thing Breakfast - very few options Place is hot and a little bit unhygienic, shower water has smell so must let it flow for a minute

The place was amazing and the staff members were also awesome providing useful guidance for tourists

Good value, nothing amazing but an ok place.

Le personnel sont jeunes, amiables et serviables. Chambre un peu old fashion, mais correcte, standard silimaire aux autres hotels dans le Vieux Quartier. Hotel est bien placé, à mi-chemin de tous: marché local, Night Market le vendredi soir, le lac à 5-6 min à pied.

방이 무척 작습니다. 20 으로표시 하고 있는데 10도 안돠는것 같아요. 직원들은 무척 친절 합니다.. 조식은 그런데로 먹을만 합니다...

위치는 만족합니다 시설은 4성급이라고는 하기 힘들고 3성급이 적당한 호텔입니다 조식은 몇가지 되지않지만 직원들에 서비스는 훌륭합니다

The hotel was beautiful very clean .the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a massage and that was amazing and relaxing! The pool was refreshing after a day walking around. Easy walk to town or can use a complimentary bike from hotel. A & G Australia

We stayed there 3 nights the building is old but clean the staff were great and very accommodating close to amazing restaurants and a load of historical sites easy access to great shopping and transport around city rooms very clean and serviced breakfast was very nice and plenty of it overall a great stay at hotel

Didn’t even check in to this hotel, shows as 4* but is 1* at best. Pictures of this hotel do not match what is shown . BEWARE of this hotel. So bad after seeing the room we had a get a taxi to another hotel and after a flight this is not ideal. So think twice .

Sincèrement je ne comprends pas les avis 5/5 qui ne sont pas mérités. Hôtel très moyen, assez vetuste. La chambre que j'avais n'avait pas de fenêtre. Ce qui n'était pas mentionné sur ma réservation. Le lit est confortable et il y a tout le nécessaire. Le petit déjeuner est très basique mais suffisant. Néanmoins le 2ème jour nous n'avons pas pu prendre le petit déjeuner car le chef n'était pas là à 7h00 pour nous cuisiner des œufs comme proposé. Seulement fruits et pain. Quant aux soins proposés en contrebas. Ils ne sont absolument pas professionnels voire même débutants. Je pense qu'il y a beaucoup mieux à Hanoï.
