Place is so clean!! I love your body wash it is so fragrant. Food was good, i love the spring rolls!! It is very accessible and it is near the Old Quarter. If you're a coffee lover, you wouldn't want to miss this place since coffee shop is everywhere! Will surely go back and book this place! Also, kudos to Rosie! She helped us book our sleeper bus to Sapa, Vietnam. Love!!

Nice but small hotel. Situated about 20 minutes from the old quarter. There are a lot of restaurants close by and even a convenient store. The price includes breakfast and was very reasonable. Breakfast was buffet style and was good. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Front desk receptions were very nice and friendly. They spoke good amount of English. Check in was fast and easy. The hotel has a small gym and also a laundry service. My room ac didn’t feel cool enough but I was able to survive through it. And they allowed me an extra room key so I could keep it on when I leave the room. The small hallways were extremely hot. I think the hotel should get newer towels. The ones in my room were old and some looked soiled. But overall not a bad hotel and away from the noisy city.

So amazing 5 min walk from bus stop, the reception girll was really nice, she even upgraded our room, hotel was comfortable and clean breakfast was good, and they have baggage leaving service too

Comfortable and staffs very friendly

Nice people. Clean room. We really liked our breakfast in the morning. Also we opened the window during the night, it was quiet and nice. Not that crowded like any other place. The rooms, toilet and everything are very clean.

Too many smokers in this hotel. The location was also quite bad. There was a drunk guy arguing loudly at the pub at the main road. The food nearby is also terrible. Many cockroaches and flies, but their food is still expensive... The small roads leading up to the hotel are NOT maintained at all. Super dangerous!

Breakfast was delicious and the service is top notch

The hotel staff is really nice and let us store our luggage in a separate room before the official check-in time. The location is a 20min drive away from the Old Town but there are a lot of cafés, restaurants, bars close by. The room is okay, unfortunately kind of noisy because of thin walls and it's location close to the elevator and the house keeping room. The breakfast is decent!
