The hotel is undeniably fantastic and a wonderful stay. Hotel staff Minh Han is professional and made the stay felt like home. It’s rare to find excellent service such as Minh Han’s these days. Facilities, hygiene and service are all top notch. The room is extremely spacious and with great lighting. The ceiling window enhanced the Hanoi cultural experience as well! I’ll definitely stay at Five Suite Lilas than old quarter.

Newly opened so everything is shiny and clean with great kitchen equipment, oven, fridge-freezer (but in Hanoi, unlikely you might use it !). Washing machine and dryer on 11the floor. Decent breakfast and pho. Nice bed, pillows, sheets, Japanese (actually Korean ) toilet, great shower. Neaby to the larger lake, not as manic as Old Quater but 10mins Grab ride to Hoan Kiem centre or half hour walk. Helpful front desk staff, very recommendable for a comfortable stay. The reception area is perfectly functional but less "exotic Vietnamese" charming style compared to many in the heart of Old Quarter .

Room was so clean. Staffs know how to do there job perfectly. Room service is nice and foods are delicious. Its amazing they have chef in hotel. receptionist Thao is very kind person. I will book this hotel again.

很熱鬧的位置，而且房間又大又新。 比前面幾天住的五星連鎖品牌都還要好！ 而且吃早餐的地方太棒了，風景好又悠閒！ 客服人員部分會中文和英文，非常的棒！ 下次來還會入住，也會介紹給朋友們☺️

是我在越南住的最好的酒店，我願稱之為性價比天花板，酒店離環劍湖有一定距離。但相對來説設施和舒適程度堪稱完美，屋內裝修很新，很乾凈雙卧室套房儘管麪街隔音也非常好，這是很多越南800以下價位酒店無法滿足的。適合家庭旅遊與朋友一起出行。房間雖然是公寓每天都有打掃，早上早餐6-10點在十二樓俯瞰整個河內西湖。但是單人精緻套房可能是內景房，請注意篩選

酒店位置很好，出門不遠就是景區。還有酒店設施 環境，衞生 服務各方面都很到位，前台有位美女（Minh Han）中文名：明欣 。她特別熱情，中文講的很溜。重要她還善於幫助別人。

酒店非常棒，非常乾淨，非常舒適，房間也很ok。尤其是前台管理Minh Han 人美心善，認真負責，給我提供了很多幫助。一次美好的體驗。

房間十分好，寬敞舒適，接待員態度十分好，樓頂餐廳風景很不錯，會再來的

前台小姐姐服務很好，中英文都能基本交流，網上預訂付款，辦理入住也不收按金。 早餐入住就選好，去了直接報房號出餐也很快、量也挺足。 出行方便下次去還住這家。

早飯頂樓餐廳環境很好，pho特別好吃乾淨。附近atm機取錢方便。對面家法棍很好吃，旁邊也有網紅大排檔，附近超市不行。早上六點摩託車大軍噪音很大，減分。大堂。。沒有大堂。。。電梯及衞生設備都是韓國的。
