I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel while traveling alone, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Despite being a small hotel, the room I stayed in was surprisingly spacious and spotlessly clean. The location is absolutely perfect, situated conveniently close to a vibrant night market and several popular travel spots. It made exploring the local area a breeze and added so much convenience to my trip. One of the highlights of my stay was the projector in the room. It added a unique and exciting touch to my evenings and truly made my stay memorable. It definitely made my heart race with joy! Additionally, the room came with a fully equipped kitchen. This was incredibly useful as I could easily prepare simple meals, like noodles—haha! It’s such a thoughtful amenity for travelers who prefer the option to cook. Furthermore, the staff were all exceptionally kind and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel very welcome. Overall, I had an outstanding experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone. Full marks from me!

LITERALLY THE BEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!! I LOVED THE PERSONAL TOUCH WITH THE LETTER! it had all the amenities plus more!! The staff are sooooo friendly and they offered us tea and candies ❤❤❤❤ loved it!!! Will definitely only come here if I come to visit again

2nd purchase for this hotel. Im arrived late nite, and got upgraded room. Bigger room suite for 4 people haha. A bit awkward for me alone but still love it. It has balcony, so not too soundproof. But thats not a problem! This area is quieter compared to the busy center old center. Recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Brilliant Nature and Suites Hotel in Hanoi, and it was an outstanding experience. The hotel is ideally located, offering easy access to both the vibrant Old Quarter and other major attractions in the city.The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, blending modern comfort with a touch of traditional Vietnamese style. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring.What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request made me feel very welcomed and valued as a guest.In summary, my stay at Brilliant Nature and Suites Hotel was fantastic. The combination of a prime location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service made for a memorable visit. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Hanoi and will definitely choose it again for future stays.AND THE HOTEL STILL NEW...

It's quite a new hotel and you can really tell they're making a great effort. The room was pristine and spacious. The staff were super friendly and helpful. And I highly recommended getting a massage there.

Hotel is new, so room is clean and new. Good value for the price, room was spacious and had kitchen and dining. Unfortunately their spa wasn't finished yet and could not avail the jacuzzi.

We were traveling past 2 weeks we went to halong and Japan but the room with projector won our heart ..we watched demon Slayer whole night ...staff is so so nice and so helpful....I would highly recommend it and we would love to come again

全体的、非常に満足度が高いって感じかな。 今回の旅は３ヶ所に泊まって一番ベストでした。 日本のおもてなし…みたいな接客モード。 部屋も開放的な寛ぎ空間❗ スタッフ達の神対応…✌️ とても居心地が良い🎵 しいて言えば… 個室のハンガ掛ける処は丸見えで少し殺風景かな‼️ バスタブがあればもう💯です。

Phòng sạch sẽ , nhân viên siêu nhiệt tình dễ thương, khách sạn nằm ở vị trí gần thuận tiện các điểm thăm quan. Mình rất hài lòng dịch vụ ở đây

交通方便，前台服務員態度友好，能用英文順暢交流，跟她反映洗手盆漏水，好快有師傅維修。樓下的SPA技師手勢十分好，環境寧靜乾淨，極力推薦。會再次入住

不會英文，酒店前台接待人很有耐心拿手機幫忙翻譯，酒店人員都非常禮貌友好，房間乾淨衞生，性價比超高。

この値段でここまで！と驚く位清潔感のある宿でした。部屋もバスルームも広く、キッチンがついてたのもよかったです。プロジェクターはYouTubeが見れます。朝は動きが遅かったですが問題なく使え、音楽を常に流していられました。資源のサスティナブルを意識していて、アメニティはありませんでしたが、多分スタッフに言うとくれると思います。旧市街の便利な位置にあるので、徒歩でご飯屋さんや市場にも行け、コンビニも近くにあります。とてもおすすめの宿です。
