NYNA Old Quarter Villa

The room is not clean and with very noisy construction site just in front of the window which makes the window super dirty and I even couldn’t open the curtain. Otherwise the construction workers will see me in the room directly. No privacy at all !! I was awaken by the noise from the construction site in front of the window every morning and sometimes even cause the shaking of the room because the excavator was working and hit the base of the building wall. It’s the worst and dangerous hotel experience that I’ve ever had. The host service and attitude were really bad either!! Fully NOT recommended !!!!!

Great Guestrooms in the Heart of Hanoi. The Staff was super friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend everyone to stay here.

This hotel is a scam. They expose more rooms than they have. You contact them to ask about check-in and they give you a completely different address saying that you haven’t paid for the room so they give you what’s left (even though you have to pay in order to book it 🤷♀️). Additionally, judging from the previous reviews the pictures are fake. The property looks a thousand times better than in real life. I spent half of the day to get the money back. DO NOT STAY HERE

Absolutely lovely and cozy room with sufficient amenities for an extended comfortable and hassle free stay. Loved the little tea spot in the room and the woodworks design, a shame I couldn’t stay longer.

Delicious coffee downstairs. I can use space to wfh and the apt is so great as well. I will come back soon. Thanks
