relative good hotel come again

Service and amnesties pretty lackluster for 5*. Lots of misunderstanding, e.g. we asked the room service to bring fresh drinks at 10PM, they came almost at midnight while we were sleeping but rang the bell and knocked until we got up. Restaurant also pretty weak, medium rare steak was gray withoyt a drop of juice left.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Pullman Hotel Hanoi, Vietnam, and it was a great experience! From the moment I set foot in the hotel, I was deeply attracted by the elegant environment and thoughtful service here. First of all, as soon as you enter the lobby, you are attracted by the spacious and bright space and exquisite decoration, which feels very comfortable and warm. Especially when it came to check-in, Phuong Anh was very helpful to me and I am very grateful to her. The rooms are very spacious, well laid out and fully equipped. The bed was soft and comfortable, giving me a good night's sleep. The bathroom is also very clean and tidy, and the toiletries are of high quality and very reassuring to use. In terms of service, it makes me feel the warmth of home. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and check-in and check-out are very quick and efficient. Here I have to mention Phuong Anh again, her thoughtful service really impressed me. In addition, the hotel's dining is also worth mentioning. Breakfast is rich in variety and tastes. It is highly recommended to the friends who will come here for business or travel, I believe you will also love here!

Service excellent, breakfast excellent. Room very dark, reading light insufficient, bed MUCH too soft. My specific room (211) had a musty odor if the A/C was turned off.

The hotel is very good, especially the staff there, they are always nice and working with high efficiency. My colleague inadvertantly left my Ipad in the hotel when I checked out and did not realize it untill I was on the way back to Shanghai!!! It is so lucky that the staff, particularly the girl named ANH providing Chinese service and helping hand over the Ipad to my friend smoothly!!!

The hotel is good in general, but not the great. Here are the down-sides: Facility seems to show aging signs. For instance, toilet has water leak, sink is old. Service needs improvement. When I requested more bottle water, I was denied. Housing Keeping Dept told me that they have a limit of 4 bottles/day. I travel extensively. I have never seen a 5-star hotel refusing to offer additional bottle water. Giving the unusually warm and humid weather, it’s sad to be refused to get water guests really need.

The service in the hotel is excellent. I would like to specifically thank the concierge staff who helped me with my taxi booking . I tried to call Grab but after waited 30 mins, the car still never arrive . I have booked a day tour cruise and will be late to reach the pick up point . The concierge staff was very proactive and suggested to call a taxi for me . The taxi arrived shortly and he helped me to communicate to the driver on the location I want to go . The room is spacious and clean . The buffet breakfast spread is good . The staff are friendly and helpful in the restaurant too.

Booked for 7N. Hotel has a big hall . Staff speaks English and are pleasant and helpful. There is a Highlands Coffee next door. Across the road there’s a supermarket around 15mins walk and bakery shops and eateries along the way.
