This hotel is perfectly situated in Hanoi's bustling Old Quarter, just a 7-minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, making its location incredibly convenient. For travelers arriving from the airport, simply take bus 86 to 36 Pho Phuong and the hotel is a 10-minute walk from there. The area around the hotel boasts a fantastic variety of local eateries and specialty snacks; the Tokyo matcha and egg coffee are definitely worth trying. There's even a Michelin-starred restaurant just a right turn from the hotel, though I didn't get a chance to try it this time due to limited time. I must also commend the hotel's excellent service and value for money. The front desk staff were professional and efficient during check-in, proactively offering a guided tour and iced passion fruit juice. The room decor was unique and full of French charm, and opening the shutters offered a lively view of the Old Quarter's street life below. The hotel breakfast the next morning was incredibly generous, with the chef's specially prepared omelet and pho being particularly delicious – highly recommended! Overall, I had a wonderful stay.

The room was quite spacious and clean, though the facilities were a bit dated. It felt a little drafty, so I imagine it could get cold in cooler weather, and the soundproofing wasn't great. The staff were friendly, especially the breakfast restaurant server who, after hearing I had an early flight, kindly helped me pack some breakfast to go!

the hotel location is very nice and the staffs are helpful. its located at the central of old quarter.

Do NOT book this hotel! The elevator doesn't go directly to all floors. We booked two rooms, and while both key cards indicated the same floor, they were actually on different levels. After taking the elevator, one room required climbing an additional two flights of stairs, and the other three. The front desk said we could ask staff to help with luggage, but there was no phone in the room to call the front desk. Plus, you'd have to tip them every single time (otherwise, they'd slam the door in your face). We asked if we could switch to a different room because we had an elderly person with us. We even saw other hotel staff confirm there were vacant rooms at the same price. However, we were told only one suite was available, and an upgrade would cost an additional $25. After we agreed to the upgrade, they immediately said another vacant suite was available if we were interested in upgrading that one too. Honestly, adding the previous booking of over 400, each room ended up being around 700 yuan. Why would I pay 700 yuan to stay in this run-down hotel??

Stay here for 1 night. Location is super and full with nice food surrounded. The cleanliness is good, but feel a bit humid maybe due to no window and lack air circulation. The water pipe have some leakage, need to look into.

Our second room was on the top floor. The toilet flush could have been better, but the balcony was large and lovely. The service was excellent. I hope the hotel continues to thrive!

Greta location in the middle of the French quarter, easily accessible to many tourist attractions and within the pickup range of many tours. Room was comfortable and spacious and everything was clean and nice.

This property is listed as a 4-star boutique hotel & spa, but in reality it delivers a basic 3-star experience at best. The star rating is misleading and directly impacts pricing expectations. Facilities, room quality, and overall standards do not align with a 4-star classification. During my stay: • I found a black crawling insect (caterpillar-like) in the bathroom, which is unacceptable for a hotel marketed at this level • Even with a room upgrade including a window, the room had very low ceilings — anyone around 190 cm or taller will likely hit or scrape the ceiling, which makes the space impractical and uncomfortable • Room design and finish felt dated and average, not boutique-level Overall, this hotel may be acceptable if priced and presented honestly as a 3-star property, but it should not be marketed or charged as a 4-star hotel. I recommend Trip.com review the listing accuracy to avoid misleading future guests
