The rooms are spacious and clean and the toilet is also big and equipment with automated bidet seat and a gold bathtub. The location is convenient to get food around the area and there is a circle k convenience store nearby. However, the breakfast wasn't so fantastic as the selection was not much for cooked food and the taste was not really nice.

This old is new however it feels old and not as nice. The location is a bit off and not near the Hanoi old quarter and takes a while to get there due to traffic. Overall an okay hotel but definitely nothing crazy

Overall the hotel is good but far away from old quarter which is the main hub. Clean place. Breakfast spread is amazing. The infinity pool is a must try.

Luxury at its best, spacious, clean and a wonderful breakfast spread. The staff were also very friendly.

The hotel service is very good, the service staff are very professional, and the overall room hygiene is also very clean. Have a pleasant stay! (The food is delicious, too)

The hotel feels very luxurious the moment you enter the lobby with a beautifully decorated lobby, the staff was very helpful, the pool was very big and has a beautiful view of the city skyline but it lacked in terms of lighting. The gym is also at the same level as the pool and had all the equipment you need but it wasnt very aesthetically pleasing but it's not important for a gym. The room was extremely luxurious with alot of space and a huge bed. The bathroom was crazy with a beautiful bathtub and the toilet was Japanese style. The hotels location isn't the best though since it's abit far from old quarter and french quarter but it is close to the lotte tower and that area of the city. Overall 5 stars, if I could put 6 for the room I would.
