Very nice hotel and good location. surrounding area is very safe. Environment in hotel is great. Especially the bathroom is all gold. Definitely come back again, whenever I come to Hanoi.

Excellent hotel, very clean and well maintained…. Especially have spacious toilet... It will be my first choice again for next trip to HaNoi.

Hotel was really gold and bling . No nearby restaurants to walk to . Overall a decent stay

No staff greeting to open the door as we enter and exit the hotel. Housekeeping for room make ups are poor as they do not empty our bins, they do not replace bath towels, and they do not refill shampoo/conditioner/body wash. When asking for more body wash, they will charge you. Their hot water is inconsistent, with staff providing reasons that they will fix the hot water soon taking up to 2 hours. This is not a 5 star hotel, it is very strange that they offer $250+ USD per night but cannot do the tasks above. Also, their TV does not allow any screenshare or chrome casting from mobiles. And finally, staff at their buffet at level 3 look miserable and unhappy, it is not a welcoming environment. Do not stay here.

Love the location.
Will not catch in the working hour jam.
Everything in the rook is good. Heard they will go for upgrading in Jan,2024.

Although hotel is at a good location but the staff is very rude especially the front desk staff. They tried to extract money from you by adding vague charges. Better to avoid this hotel as lot more great properties available at similar price.

Nice hotel, location wise, need to take taxi or grab to shopping malls. Room is comfortable and huge!
