The receptionist on night ship is always willing to help, our room is so spacious and feeling comfortable, i reccomend this hotel and will be back again😊.

Nguyen Thi Hoi, the receptionist and other staff were congenial enough to accommodate us. Service was superb, room is very tidy, location is good. Breakfast is delish and clean as well. They gave gifts to their guest on Christmas day. A must-come back hotel in Hanoi.

Hotel is great location wise , it is 30 minutes walk to old quarter. Food is just ok, not that good.

It was a good night. But walls are so thin and easy to hear your neighbors. We are lucky, kids from the room near us were asleep early. Also our room was without window, be accurate when you book. For 1 night stay - good place! And breakfast was good! One of the best pho bo In Vietnam!!

Good hotel with cheap rooms. Everything is daily cleaned and they provide a lot of amenities in the rooms.

Spectacular hotel with great size room and furnishings. The room had the effect of a 5 star effect with tray ceiling and accent Lightning. The bed is firm and comfortable. Super clean with white sheets and comforter. Bathroom is equally clean and elegant. Staff is very attentive and eager to please. Be prepared with google translate to comunícate. The only draw back is a long marble stairs to access hotel. And breakfast was limited to pho soup and coffee.
