Ulasan Skylark Hotel

The room was super nice and spacious and we loved it when we got there. Later in the evening we found many cockroaches in our bathroom and that was scary (for us. )The hotel staff was very nice, they came to help us and they even changed our room. The breakfast was very good, the swimming pool on the rooftop was ok, it felt a little bit cold that day we were there though! The location is also good , since it is inside the old quarter, many shops and coffee shops nearby.

We stayed here 2 different times , the location and staff at the reception were super friendly and helpful. We weren’t happy with some of the spa treatments we got the first time and the host Edward went out of his way to make it up to us , really appreciate it. My friend and I completely recommend the place . Very clean and good breakfast too

Was good but I was too busy to use all facilities. Excellent showers and great views if on the front balcony places.

Amazing service. The people at the reception were super helpful & very friendly. The place had everything you need. They cleaned my room & provided new towels everyday. The old quarter is walkable- this location is great for people who don’t like the chaos down at the old quarter/lake Hoan Kirk part of the city.

Skylark Hotel is amazing . I highly recommend this place ! The buffet was amazing also.

The place is very good. All the staffs are friendly and accomodating. The place is clean. I highly recommend Skylark Hotel, our experience is so good.

Good hotel near Old Quarter

10-20 min walk to Old Quarter. Pool was under construction with no mention on the website. No towels provided and room not cleaned properly upon checkin. Would recommend staying somewhere else.

前の人が出た後ちゃんと部屋のチェックをしたのか不明なくらい、引き出しから食べかけのクッキー(いつのものか不明)や使い終わったマスクが出てきたり洗面所の鏡の上に使いかけの歯ブラシがあったり。清潔とはあまり言えなかったかも。朝食は両親が行った時虫がたかってたと聞いて朝食付きにしたのに結局一度も行きませんでした。値段も安いので仕方ないのかもですね。受付の女性は一生懸命やってくれていました。

第一天到酒店時，被告知沒有預留所訂的房間，臨時收拾了一個房間給我們住。很臟，穿着衣服睡的。因為這一晚對於酒店設施的第一印象極差。投訴給了攜程，攜程做了處理，退了差價。第二晚換到我預訂的房型，圖片和現實還是有差距的，湊合著住住吧。設施衞生方面，個人感覺酒店的星級跟中國同星級的酒店比要抹掉至少兩個星。靠路比較吵。酒店所處位置還不錯，河內老城區，服務員態度也很好。

다 좋은데 현지 위치가 그래서인지 방이 습하고 밖에 조금 시끄럽습니다. 방음은 좋지 않으며, 사람들은 굉장히 친절합니다.
