I strongly recommend all the travellers this wonderful hotel.The service is the best and It feels like you are at home.I think I will book this hotel everytime！

This is my first time visiting Vietnam and the stay in Meritel Hanoi definitely one of the factor makes this trip a memorable one. Other than good location (very convenient to access to different recommended restaurant) and comfortable room, the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff (such as Daisy, Lukas and Hanh) really helped me a lot during the trip. Special thanks to Daisy, I would say she is a good demonstration of service excellence. Daisy proactively gave us a lot of recommendations to the local attractions and restaurants and even extended help to make reservation , and she even check back with us afterwards. I would recommend Meritel Hanoi if you are going to visit Hanoi.

Beautiful hotel with a cozy bed, lovely little rooftop pool and bar, friendly staff, and awesome location! I would definitely come back here!

Our second time at the Meritel and nothing short of perfect. It has earned itself a resident lodging at Hanoi and I will not be staying anywhere else when visiting!

The environment is clean, the location is good, and the staff are very friendly.

The hotel is very convenient, many spots and restaurants are walkable distance. The staff are very hospitable, especially Miley, she provided a lot of help. The breakfast is good. The bar is has good view. The pool is small but enough.

The hotel was nice and clean. The experience was very positive in general, except for one of the employees who had very poor customer service, but they went out of their way to rectify the situation and ensure a pleasant stay.

5-stars hotel standard. Room was super cosy and service was exvellence. only down side is the only street right in front of the hotel have car stopping restriction. Hard to get a cab.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Hanoi’s bustling old town. I especially enjoyed the friendly welcoming staff, as well as the good breakfast.
