Just opposite to the Lotte Hotel. Price is way better that Lotte. We enjoyed staying there than Lotte.

This would have to be one of the worst hotels we have ever been to. From the minute we tried to cancel our booking (for a very personal reason) and get our money back, which the Hotel disallowed, we should have seen the warning signs. Check in was terrible, they would not co-operate with anything we requested. We stayed in a clubroom which was outdated, smelly and warm. The Air-Conditioning was poor. The Club lounge itself was probably the worst we have ever been to, limited drinks and food, which was never topped up and of poor quality. They watched everything you touched when in the lounge, like they did not trust anyone. The staff were very unhelpful and very hard to communicate with. Luckily, we only were there for one night..... which was one too much.

All staffs are so concerned and helpful Breakfast is excellent taste Especially Mr Harry was excellent staffs He arranged the city tour and Ha long bay cruise trip was excellent and enjoyable . He make sure that we are being taking care off And safe back to hotel . … such a concern staff , well done !!

Excellent reception and concierge. My last day is morning flight at 7am. My taxi is delayed and he helped me to confirm friendly. It's friendly and great service hotel. Highly recommended to stay while in Hanoi.

The room was very noisy, because the windows overlooked the road junction. It is impossible to sleep without earplugs. Also, the view from the window is not pretty, the road and strange constructions. The room also was a bit smelly. The charging sockets are located in a hard-to-reach place between the table and the cabinet, at first it was difficult to find, then it was difficult to use. At 6 a.m., a maid came into my room and turned on the light, because she thought that the room was empty and she could rest here. The staff apologized, but sleep was disrupted and the day was ruined. Next time I will prefer another hotel. Not recommended

I extended my stay at this hotel, so it’s my second review, and i have nothing to add. It’s a good place to stay.
