Old but decent hotel, with a very good location near Hoan Kiem Lake. Friendly staff. Gets more pricy in weekends. Breakfast view on the 11th floor is great. If you don't do breakfast at the hotel, there is a nice banh mi place across the road for 30k, and a bun cha restaurant next to it for only 50k (seems like the lowest price you can get around this area).

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights. Overall, it was a decent experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is great, close to many attractions and public transportation. The facilities were clean, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. However, the room I stayed in was quite small. There wasn’t much space to move around, and it felt a bit cramped, especially if you have a lot of luggage. If you’re planning a short stay or don’t mind a cozy space, this hotel could still be a good choice. Just be prepared for a more compact room size than you might expect. In summary, it’s a solid option for a short stay if room size isn’t a priority.

Very good hotel, enjoyable stay with this service here. The view of rooftop restaurant is wonderful. You will see the overall of the lake and walking street. Clean room and very good air conditioning. Ms Sandy and her team is very professional. Will come back

Great location and very clean, nice rooftop restaurant where breakfast is served. Annoyingly our room had a broken door on the wardrobe which meant the light inside was on all night. We only realised this late when we went to bed so not sure if the staff would have been able to do anything if we had asked earlier

We cancelled the stay in Halong Bay due to weather. Manager Sandy supported us in extending our stay in Hanoi. Provided the room with upgrade.

Location: 5/5 Excellent The location of Authentic Hanoi Boutique Hotel is superb. It is centrally located in the heart of Hanoi, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city’s major attractions. The surrounding area is vibrant, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and cultural sites within walking distance. Cleanliness: 2/5 Poor Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. The room, although generally tidy, had some issues that couldn't be overlooked. The bathroom had signs of mold, and the carpet appeared to be stained in several places. Housekeeping could definitely use some improvement in ensuring the rooms meet a higher standard of cleanliness. Service: 5/5 Excellent The service at the hotel was a bright spot in our stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. The front desk staff were particularly helpful, providing excellent recommendations and assistance with directions. Facilities: 1/5 Terrible The facilities at Authentic Hanoi Boutique Hotel left much to be desired. The lack of a window in our room made it feel quite claustrophobic. Additionally, the advertised amenities such as the gym and lounge area were either closed or in poor condition, which was quite disappointing. The overall condition of the hotel’s facilities needs significant improvement.

No lift to lobby. The stuff is willing to help with if they are available at that moment you need. Otherwise you need to carry up by yourself. When you book it, need to be aware there some rooms without window.
