We fully acknowledge that you contacted Trip.com immediately after the reservation was made, and we appreciate your efforts to resolve the matter promptly.Regarding the booking, as it was processed through a third-party platform, the reservation was automatically confirmed in our system under a non-refundable condition. Once confirmed, we are contractually required to follow the agreed booking terms between the guest, the booking platform, and the hotel. Unfortunately, in this case, we were unable to amend or cancel the reservation without violating those conditions, despite the circumstances.Please understand that this decision was not made without consideration. We regret that our flexibility was limited by system and policy constraints, and we are truly sorry that this led to such a negative experience for you.
