Hotel dengan WiFi di Harare

The hotel room had no towels in the bathroom , yes times are changing due to Covid , but just need them there.There was no pressing iron despite the presence of the board . Generally all else was good .

Overall cleanliness of the room is okay, the upside is its location as it is close to most businesses, however, the hotel facilities are in need of upgrade(windows especially to sound proof the club that is close by, iron and hair dryer to be included in the room, room card staying active at all times, wifi to be available throughout a guest's stay, for long stay guests due to business, a change in breakfast menu will be good, two-pin plug points near the bed area so that guests can charge their phones close to them throughout their sleep), if this is done, then this hotel can be of 4 stars.

The service was extremely terrible and slow starting from the reception to the restaurant, the beverages took forever to come through, the main meal wasn’t all that great. Extremely Disappointing especially for the price and being the most expensive hotel in Harare.

Although the hotel is lovely and in a wonderful area, the restrooms might use some remodeling.

I sincerely enjoyed my brief stay and will surely call again soon. what I found striking was your restaurant services, the reception and level of cleanliness. There is a secure parking area well attended by very alert officers, I noted that even at the the back of the park, there was a guard to make sure no one slips ion unnoticed, The elevators are designed to consider those with disabilities. I have to other places, the standard I witnessed impressed me.

I loved my experience at the hotel, every one of the staff was welcoming and i especially liked the two ladies at the reception, Tariro and Takudzwa. I also liked Rino, he welcomed me as i arrived at the hotel and made sure i was comfortable, it was also nice having a conversation with the lady from housekeeping Sharon, she is very friendly and makes sure the rooms are clean and orderly. The shuttle drivers are also always on time. Overall i had an amazing experience

It's located within the CBD, easy to access, very quiet during the night. The view is good during the day. Has a gym for some cardio and Swimming pool for relaxing. Restaurant is good with different delicacies. A good place to stay while on a business trip

I've stayed at Bronte Hotel many times, and whenever I come back, I find the place as great as all the times before. The central location in Harare can't be beaten, and yet the place has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere as if it was located somewhere way outside the city centre. The lovely garden invites you to chill, especially after a hard day's work, and the restaurant offers you a good variety of food. I recommend Bronte Hotel to everybody who visits Harare. As for myself, I will certainly be back.

The overall comfort of the hotel is good. The staff is kind but not well trained. We had to repeatedly talk to different desk staff about our reservation. Since it was two rooms on the same reservation, they seemed confused and I thought it was worked out 3 different times, but still they tried to cherge me for the second room. On the night that I checked in, I noticed some dirty dishes from room service on the floor of a hall. When I checked out 2 days later, they were still there. The design of the hotel is very inconvenient. There is no elevator and the room numbers don’t make sense. The third floor is the 200’s and the second floor is the 300’s. My traveling companions were in a room on side of the building from me and to get there, I had to walk down two flights of stairs and then bavk up, even though we were on the same floor.
