Service agak slow, sy tersalah booking tak blh cancel padahal bisa berunding kan, bila cancel boleh bg peluang byk bilik. View dia biasa2 je, makanan biasa2 je. Bilik nmpk lama, tak semua plug boleh pakai.

Tempat penginapan yang menakjubkan, dengan wifi dan katil yang selesa. Walau bagaimanapun, TV tidak mempunyai Netflix atau YouTube tetapi mempunyai banyak saluran lain untuk ditonton. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman 10/10 yang hebat.

Good environment with nice breakfast. The rooftop lounge is good for hangouts with full city view. Room is spacious. One thing to be improved would be the soundproof feature for the room is not available, with audible noises from your neighbour and the bell ringing sound. Otherwise, the bed is comfortable, as well as, water pressure & temperature are just nice.

The location is just super convenient, bridged with mall. Walking distance to Alfromart & Indomart, opposite Novotel which was full that we resorted to Fox Harris. But no regret. There was surprise fox performance during breakfast, and free cake decorating for kids during breakfast too.

Comfortable hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, located near a park and government buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Iman, the petite morning-shift concierge staff (unfortunately I didn’t get his name), and the housekeeping staff who assisted with the extra bed and recommended great places to visit. Check-in by Mr. Agung was smooth. Breakfast was good. Overall, this was my first stay at The Premiere Pekanbaru, and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru in a Superior Room, and overall the stay was quite comfortable. The room provided was originally a twin bed, which was then combined into one large bed to accommodate my request for a king-size bed. The room size felt just right—not too small and not too spacious. I was able to perform prayers comfortably inside the room, and there was still a sofa available for relaxing, which made the room feel practical and cozy. I stayed in a non-smoking room, so the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was fairly varied, featuring local traditional snacks from Pekanbaru as well as lontong sayur, a well-known local dish. Everything tasted good and offered a nice introduction to local flavors. Another great advantage is that the hotel is located near a mosque, making it very convenient to attend congregational prayers. Overall, Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru is a good choice for a comfortable stay with convenient facilities and easy access to nearby worship places.

Good location, just beside SKA Mall so it is easy to get food and anything we need. The room is ok, just there is a bit weird smell on the bed sheet and pillow. Other than that, everything ia good

Pelayanan 10/10 ada antar jemput bandara nya free. Semua staf ramah. Ruangan kebersihan perlu ditingkatkan 7/10. Sarapan nya 7.5/10 menurut saya rasa makanannya kurang,kec pastry nya oke.
