本人美女小姐姐獨自入住，酒店環境好，大堂和走廊都香香的，是我喜歡的味道，哪裡都是歐式建築風格，很有感覺，自己入住還給我升級了一個大大的家庭房，太驚喜了，平時入住酒店對酒店衞生很在意，但是億特儂的房間衞生真的很好，住的很滿意，前台服務也很好，很積極的幫我處理問題，另外早餐大姐也很熱情，提示一點：酒店早餐的咖啡很好喝，哈哈哈哈！

房間很大定的雙床都是1.5的床，兩個人行李箱癱在地上都不會阻礙通行 服務：給前台小姐姐，以及路上打算的阿姨比一個大大的贊👍，小姐姐一個微信名叫阿欣的服務很好笑容超甜，幫忙指引媽媽使用洗衣機烘乾機，走的時候其他前台小姐姐很熱情幫忙指引電梯，還贈送了可愛的糖葫蘆冰箱貼，給我的哈爾濱之旅畫上圓滿句號～ PS：這個樓等電梯非常無敵久，建議朋友們趕交通起碼預留多15分鐘等電梯

酒店很新，服務到位，屬於民宿型酒店，位於公寓11樓，距離西站很近，房間有智能助手，一開門進房間就有音樂+語音提示，語音就能控制室內的各類電器，房間整體非常整潔，衞浴物品都很乾凈，床單潔白，床墊軟硬適中，總體來説舒適度很高。早餐直接在前台，前台相當於一個小餐廳，很有情調。有機會再來爾濱，還要住這裏。
