"We had a great experience of having spent 4 nights in this wonderful hotel Wanda Realm in NanGang Harbin. The location of the hotel was so handy to basically everywhere: 4 minute’s walking distance to Xicheng Hongchang Plaza; 5 to 6 minutes to Wanda Plaza and the subway station (Line 3). The hotel’s reception, house keeping, breakfast, facilities and services are all perfect. "

"The hotel was clean and tidy. I stayed here for three days and had a new, unique experience each day. Harbin in winter is truly romantic, offering a feeling that no other city can. I think everyone can relate to this: when you're happy with your accommodation, you naturally have a better time exploring. Their butler service was incredibly attentive, showing genuine care both before and after check-in. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the room was kept very clean. Five stars for them!"

"Executive Lounge benefits: Five meals a day, the food was decent, quite varied and plentiful. The staff were very welcoming, and the person who refilled my water left a lasting impression. My trip was too short to experience some of the services. Facilities: All the facilities were available, and the decor was quite nice. The bathroom fixtures were Kohler, and the elevators were Otis. Hygiene: There were sugar grains and stains on the sofa, and the minibar was moldy. There was no trash can in the bedroom, only a paper wastebasket, which isn't suitable for liquids. However, there was a trash can in the bathroom. Environment: Acceptable. Service: The staff were friendly and polite. There was a discrepancy in the app's room description between 'alcoholic beverages' and 'minibar'. Only the minibar had a charge notice, while 'alcoholic beverages' was ambiguous, even though the alcoholic drinks were in the fridge."

The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, the toiletries were of high quality, and thoughtful amenities like a tea set and tea bags were provided. The breakfast offered a rich and varied mix of Western and Chinese options that never repeated. The 24-hour laundry room and robot room service were incredibly practical. Every staff member greeted guests with a smile and was responsive to every request, making for a truly warm and considerate experience. Whether for a business trip or leisure travel, it's a comforting haven that I've come to cherish. It has become my top choice for accommodation, and I will definitely be back!"

"Great hotel, very close to Harbin Station. Seriously, I have to praise this hotel! The front desk lady was super nice, checked me in incredibly fast, and even proactively reminded me about the elevator's location – amazing attention to detail! The room was even bigger than it looked in the pictures, and spotlessly clean. No dust on the desk or floor at all, and absolutely no weird smells. The bedding was super soft, and the soundproofing was incredible. I slept like a log; couldn't hear any outside noise. The location is also super convenient, making getting around a breeze. Definitely not a bad stay at all, excellent value for money! I've already recommended it to my friends!"
