It was their first time to cater to a foreigner but they were patient enough to handle the situation. I also spoke a little Chinese so it was not that complicated. Room is nice and spacious. Just hoped to have a better outside view though.
For future guests, their front desk is on the 6th floor where there is a small convenience store.

It was more than minus 20 degrees in Harbin. There was no heater in the room and the air conditioner was not allowed to be turned on. When I asked the front desk, the solution was to ask the cleaning staff for a small sun. For a hotel that costs more than 500 per night, you need another small sun. . . . And there are hairs on the towels (they say they are disposable towels but they are not at all). The switch in the bathroom is particularly bad at making the water hot and cold, and the bathroom sewer smells like ****.
