cleanliness is ok but hotel staff rude we ask to book car because we want go to airport in the morning she said book ourselves in outside in the coldest weather so bad attitude!!

The room was dirty and messy, basic equipment such as hair dryers and lamps were broken, facilities were old, sheets were dirty and stained, the service staff had no sense of service and had a very bad attitude, which was not at the level of a chain hotel.
