Sebelum membuat tempahan, hubungi kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan tanyakan apakah bilik perniagaan sedang dalam perjalanan? Meja depan menjawab, di sebelah tempat letak kereta hotel kami. Setelah mendaftar masuk, saya mendapati bahawa ia bukan hanya di sebelah tempat letak kereta, tetapi juga ke jalan jejambat. Peringkat Negatif. Tanya sebelum daftar masuk, pukul berapa sarapan? 首先，酒店裝修的很大氣，裝修很好，但是酒店的枕頭上竟然有頭髮，那個廁所的水是黃色的，而且屋子竟然有點地板的味道，很難聞，早餐東西很少，住的人好像不是很多，買了東西機器人送物，但是沒辦法聯繫房間內，我們自己下去取了一趟還，這和沒送物沒區別呀，服了

酒店服務非常好，剛到門口就有人來迎賓。入住手續辦理的很快，小哥很細心的引導，從叫電梯到陪同至房間，詳細講了房間開關使用及周邊餐飲娛樂位置。房間很舒服，裝修簡約大氣，房間裏陽光明媚，我訂的親子房，一家三口住完全沒問題，鵝絨被和鵝絨枕頭都很舒適其中的乳膠枕真是太棒了。空間安排很合理。衞生間沒有異味，淋浴間排水順暢，熱水很給力。酒店的服務員非常熱情。離店時前台的工作人員很貼心的準備了伴手禮，非常感謝入住期間每位工作人員!

整理來説，還是不錯的，但是因為時間長了，個別設施老舊，門後還有浮灰，沒打擾乾淨，孩子2歲，吃東西不小心把床單整臟了一點，前台小姐姐幫我們借到洗滌劑，完美的解決了，很感謝，要不會被扣60元清洗費，穿黑色套裝的那個客房檢查的女士，一直在強調我們整臟了床單得賠償，我老公清洗的過程中，我帶孩子在大廳等，竟然聽到她在説我們，我們全程都很配合，沒有推卸自己的責任，衹是覺得60元的清洗費有些貴，想自己清洗一下，就被她議論，真是服了。

Holiday Inn is as always good value for money international hotel chain. I stayed here during the Spring Festival Holidays (***** New Year), so did not find any restaurants open nearby. The staff was overwhelmed during morning breakfast hours due to lots of guests. Nonetheless they were hardworking and put in extra efforts to serve all the guests, well beyond the breakfast time. Appreciate their service attitude. A bad experience would be with the washing machine which wouldn't work without coins, which is quite weird as usually the self-service laundry is free or could be operated by QR code payments. I had already put the detergent on the clothes making them wet, only to be told that I had to wait until the next day morning as the front desk did not have coins, I had checkout in the morning.

這家酒店真的是讓我驚喜！一進入大堂就眼前一亮，非常豪華氣派！我訂了一間精緻大床房，一個人住感覺還挺温馨的。衞生間乾濕分離，水流很大，洗了熱水澡很舒服！最讓我滿意的是床，我是一個很認床的人，這家酒店的床墊軟硬程度很合適，躺着非常舒服，很快就睡著了！這家還是温泉酒店，入住後可以免費泡温泉，最近正好很累，泡個温泉，緩解了我最近的疲憊感！

華旗酒店在我心目中一直是品牌酒店的代表，多年前住過印象很好。這次也是衝著老牌酒店去的，結果衹能用大失所望，太失望了。酒店設施老舊可以理解，畢竟很多年了。但是這衞生條件可是太差了，這是人禍，不知道酒店客房管理部是怎麼工作的。晚上十點多入住，光線暗，沒有注意到，早上起來桌子茶几一摸一手灰，有圖片為證。

沒想到在這個時候還能住到性價比很高的酒店，現在真是一房難求。知道我們三口人入住，很貼心的給升級到家庭房，洗漱用品也配備了三份。前台客房的服務人員也很到位。入住的時候就提醒我們，酒店每天房間基本上都滿房，可能早晨有退房的團隊，如早晨很早退房時有打擾請諒解。就衝著這樣細緻周到的服務，咱們就是有火也發不出來呀，更何況是沒有讓你發火的理由。雖然第一次入住這裏，我下次還會再來，在這個寒冷的冬天。是你們的熱情周到服務讓我們的內心很暖很暖。哈爾濱，活該你火！金谷商務，你們會更火！祝生意興隆，新年快樂！

Great hotel and, good location, the only issue is no one is one the front desk after 8:30 PM. We arrived at 9 PM and had to wait for 20 minutes for some one to show up and help us. Great hotel and rooms, otherwise.
