Perfect week end in this excellent hotel.  From the staff to the horizon club lounge all was perfect. Food is very good, breakfast is great, rooms are big and clean. Loved then Nespresso machine in the room.

Overall an excellent hotel. Stayed for 5 nights and over the New Year celebrations. Very happy with the overall service and has a good breakfast spread. However, found the hotel pub at ground floor on New Year Eve to be totally unstaffed at all! We wanted to have some wine to celebrate the New Year 2025, but found hardly any staffs to place an order! We had to wait for at least 30minutes to be attended by someone. Besides this incident, I’ll rate the hotel very highly.

Receptionist has been friendly. Cleaning was reasonable but coffee cups not cleaned for 3 days, and coffee capsules not replaced. Breakfast was quite good with a lot of Chinese selection. Overall I would give 4 stars

The room was large, clean and with a great view. On top of that the best thing is the service was exceptional! From the check in staff, cleaning staff, room service staff, concierge, the customer experience ladies etc etc we cannot thank you enough for the wonderful care provided. We manage to get the names of some the staff that helped us. 徐羽彤，马红红，佳琪，周奕涵，秦奇，姜辉 We will definately return again! thank you all

No need doubt this hotel. Service was fantastic. Wanted to give special thanks to the Room service lady and the cafe restaurant manager who was on duty for that 2 days. Cleaner was so helpful very fast in cleaning and replenishing stuff although we are resting in the room. One of my child is sick, request from hotel restaurant to pack some light food for the child he would gladly support. High floor with nice view! Money well spent. 😅

Hotel is in excellent location for the Ice festival and river views are excellent.!The 2 days we stayed the hotel did not have a restaurant open or offer in room dinning so we were limited to ordering take away and eating out. Worth staying if you want to visit the ice festival but then maybe better getting a more central location for other tourist attractions.

Location little bit far from city, good shuttle bus, horizon club not worth to pay more, people friendly…. Harbin very nice town

The hotel is beautiful and new. The room was clean and spacious wish a beautiful view on the river. We stayed in Shangri-La in January. There was a nice selection of western food for breakfast.

這個酒店是本次哈爾濱體驗最差的一晚，恰逢東亞會，他們酒店有很多“重要的”官員入住，我們當天要入住酒店比唐僧西天取經都難，處處有警察設關卡受限，不讓通行，後面各種安檢，簡直荒唐至極！酒店完全無視客人的體驗，如果你們要給重要人物入住，就不要對外招客，一晚2000元不含早餐的房費，居然落得如此糟糕體驗。酒店的電梯很慢，讓人等到着急。這個酒店的管理團隊太差勁了，完全不顧及客人的感受！建議來哈爾濱的人千萬不要考慮這家酒店！

服務不錯，表揚一下前台戴眼鏡個子高高的女生，態度好，記性好，靠譜。衞生也不錯。全江景房的景觀不錯。位置稍偏了點，離冰雪大世界和東北虎園近，離市中心打車半小時。暖氣有點熱了，房間一件長袖，晚上睡覺蓋被子熱不蓋冷。WiFi很差，看視頻卡，打遊戲不可能。
