It's located right on the pedestrian street. The exterior has a really charming, old-fashioned look, but the interior is quite modern and lacks that same quaint appeal. Our street-facing room wasn't noisy from the outside, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the soundproofing wasn't very good, so we could hear sounds from other rooms. The service was excellent. It would have been even better if the interior had also maintained that traditional, charming aesthetic.

First, about the room itself: it was beautifully clean and designed in a minimalist-chic style, looking exactly like the pictures online. All the smart appliances, controlled by Tmall Genie, were incredibly convenient and comfortable to use. There were plenty of food delivery options, and deliveries were quick even late at night. All in all, it was very pleasant just to stay in the room and relax. The hot water came on quickly, and the sound insulation was good. Everyone staying there seemed considerate, as we didn't hear any loud disturbances. One evening, as we headed out for dinner, we passed the front desk and asked them to help clear the trash from our room. They were incredibly quick about it and even gave the room a quick tidy-up. Excellent service! The guesthouse is situated within a bustling flower and bird market. It's a very lively area with a strong local atmosphere. The only minor drawback is that the roads are quite narrow, so you might encounter some light traffic during the day. However, considering the overall value, I definitely recommend it.

Upon entering the room, I was immediately hit by an unpleasant smell – a foul odor that seemed to be poorly masked by a strong, artificial fragrance. Luckily, it dissipated after I aired out the room. The pillows were uncomfortable, the duvet was too heavy, and the room felt a bit damp.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. Its prime location, near popular areas like the Chinese Baroque Museum, makes it convenient for dining, drinking, and sightseeing. The hotel also boasts comprehensive facilities, including smart home technology, comfortable separate wet and dry bathrooms, and a practical gym and laundry room. The service was warm and attentive, proactively offering assistance. The room was clean and odor-free. The breakfast was plentiful, and the freshly prepared food was delicious. Overall, the experience was excellent!

Nice room, the owner upgraded us. The environment was great, and the water for washing was very hot and plentiful. The room was also very warm. The best part is the parking courtyard, which is super convenient. It's very close to Central Street, and we didn't have to worry about finding a place to park after driving to Sun Island. All in all, we'll definitely be back.

This stay was such a pleasant surprise! The front desk ladies were very enthusiastic. They smiled and guided me throughout the check-in process. They also asked if I needed to adjust the direction of the room. They answered all my questions patiently. The room was clean. The sheets and quilts were white and stain-free. The seams of the tiles in the bathroom were cleaned. There was no dust even on the corners of the table. It was very comfortable and reassuring. The details were so well done. I will definitely choose this hotel next time!

The location is excellent, within walking distance of attractions like Central Street and the Songhua River. There's a morning market right outside, and a small courtyard. A breakfast shop selling tofu pudding and wontons is just 50 meters away – incredibly delicious, I could eat there for three days straight! The room was very comfortable. The smart speaker in the room allows voice control of the curtains and lights, and the projector screen is large and clear. The bed was big and comfortable, and most importantly, the shower had great hot water pressure – a very pleasant shower! Every detail in the room showed the owner's attention to detail. The handsome owner was always responsive and helpful, providing excellent service. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Erbin! The staff at the front desk was very caring. This time I came out alone to a strange city. The little beauty at the front desk upgraded the room type for free. The young staff at the Songyue Hotel's front desk were all wonderful, such lovely young boys and girls. They were warm and friendly, and knowing we had a child, they even upgraded our room for free. The room had wall-to-wall carpeting, was clean, tidy, and odorless. It was quiet and cozy. The price was budget-friendly, but the service and environment were top-notch. They even offered thoughtful WeChat guidance service, which was excellent, so we extended our stay for another night. It's definitely one of the recommended good hotels.
