Hotel di Volga Manor, Harbin

Location : The hotel is located inside the volga manor, they have shuttle car from hotel to entrance. Very convinient. Hotel & room : Big, spacious room, warm and clean. Amenities was quite complete, beautifully decorated especially in winter. Its a hotel you could dream of in the winter season. Its magical and magnificent ! The scenery inside volga manor is impeccable ! The room is spacious, clean and warm. Breakfast : They serve various of breakfast, eastern and western, and quite delicious too. Service : Excellent service, if they can speak english, it will even better. Overall : I would like to visit here again sometimes in the winter. Very recommended ! Thank you to manager and all staff to show us kind hospitality during our stay. See you next time.

總體體驗感，很好！早餐品種多，很豐富，房間比哈爾濱市內的房間都大，服務態度很好！感覺這裏的人都很親切！一進門口的大堂真的是富麗堂皇！

The room, though clean, looks old, outdated, and could do with some refurbishment. That said, it's a nice hotel and the only hotel opened for stay in Volga Manor. Breakfast was provided at the Chinese restaurant, about a 150m walk from the hotel. The food was reasonable, though variety was limited. There is another restaurant, some 300m from the hotel, serving Russian.Food. Good for dinner with nice ambiance. Winter in Volga Manor is scenic and worth visiting when in Harbin. To have a decent time to enjoy the place, a one night stay is recommended.

滿意點：價格確實很便宜，適合學生黨窮遊，離伏爾加莊園7分鐘車程，衞生間很乾凈，洗澡水很大，冬天洗澡很舒服，房間是地暖，晚上睡覺比較安靜。外面是個類似市集的地方，有吃飯的地兒。不滿意：平台寫的是有窗房間，實際拿到房是無窗房間，有點悶熱，而且説是親子房，實際房間很窄，三個人在加點行李，連走路的地方都沒有，沒有掛鈎，冬天3人進房間一脱衣服，就把桌子堆滿樂，小桌子能放東西的地方很有限。而且地點很偏，到酒店還要走一段路，門前有段很滑的路，坑坑窪窪的。長者路上還摔了一跤。特別提醒：不提供礦泉水，如果自己不帶水的話，酒店裝的自來水煮的水帶鹹味。

Bilik ini agak besar, dan lokasinya mudah dicari. Muzium Wilayah Heilongjiang terletak bertentangan dengan stesen muzium di transit dua laluan kereta api bawah tanah, dan pengangkutannya mudah. Sanitasi tidak begitu baik. Apabila saya mendaftar masuk, saya melihat penutup botol bir di atas tanah. Kemudahan: Kemudahan itu agak lama.Semuanya ada dan boleh digunakan, tetapi ia tidak mudah. Perkhidmatan: Perkara yang paling tidak memuaskan ialah peruntukan bilik adalah huru-hara pada hari pertama daftar masuk. Apabila kami memeriksa barang-barang kami, meja depan memanggil kami untuk menukar bilik. Keesokan harinya, pengurus perkhidmatan terlupa lagi. Setiap hari saya memikirkan sama ada saya perlu menukar bilik dan sama ada saya perlu mengemas bagasi saya. Ia sangat menjengkelkan.

The hotel was in the superb location. It was very close to the Province Museum metro station. It took me about 5min to walk to the station for line 2 and line 1. Line 2 will take you to the most of the famous place such as the Sun Island, the Ice and Snow Festival, the Walking street Zhongyang, the Sophia Cathedral square.. The hotel is also near the Hongbo underground shopping center where we can buy a lot of good winter stuffs for the -20°C. The hotel is close to many good restaurants around. Everything is about 5 min walk. Staffs are nice specially Ms Wang who helped us to book for the massage service and call out the taxi to bring us to the Blind massage address. She even use her account to book for us so we can get the very good price. Thanks a lot Ms Wang for your dedicate support. We are so appreciated. The buffet breakfast was nice with a lot of variety for Western and Asian. They changed the menu daily so we dont get sick of it. The only downside is the building was a bit old and dated. The shower ceiling start to be moulded. The water pressure is good and strong. Room temperature can be manually adjusted by our preference. The bed was comfortable to guarantee a good night sleep.The house keeper was doing a good job to keep the place clean. Overall the hotel is a good place to stay if you are not fussy. We were out all day explored in the cold air, we need a good bed to sleep, a hot shower and hot bath to relax, a warm room with a cozy sofa and wake up with a nice breakfast. What's else do we expect ???

Modern, clean, huge room with very comfortable beds and pillows of 2 different hardness. Heated toilet seats, working heater and windows that could be opened for fresh air. Location is great; 2 minutes from line 1 and 2 subway 博物馆; most if the places of interest are on this line; plentiful of nice restaurants with different price range; convenience store 24hours and kentucky fried chicken etc. Staff are ALL too friendly and helpful, service as good as and even better than some 5 stars hotel. They have all left an unforgettable impression on us during our 4 nights stay with them. We will stay here again.

It’s convenient location, to eat dinner, to see the museum. It’s near to the subway station of 博物馆, just 5 minutes on foot. Breakfast is good. There are many kinds of dishes, bread,sandwiches, salads and fruits. It’s good for foreigners

設施：房間大小合適，暖氣及空調都非常給力。 衞生：衞生環境乾淨，衞生間整潔明亮。 環境：簡潔明亮，寬敞舒適，服務滿意。 服務：老闆全程熱心服務，沒有一點不耐煩，五星點贊 位置：地理位置很好，門口就是地鐵口公交站，去中央大街和火車站也不遠，性價比很好。
