The rooms are clean, breakfast is nice but the pancake machine was broken, there is a small pool in which some kids were enjoying. The staff is outstanding and very helpful and polite. I am here due to Hurricane Ida but unfortunately, I can not stay because I am spending too much money on fast food. The area has a lot of restaurants to choose from and they are all delicious, I may try the Japanese restaurant today. There is a PetSmart, big lots, and Marshalls in the parking lot. The area is safe!! Bad: Very low water pressure but the hot water did work. I opted for a bath vs a shower. (this should really be updated) I gave a 3 star for value because, for this reason, the rooms are average cost $129, so there is no reason to cut back on the water pressure.

Was in town for a work event, Mitchell at the front desk was very helpful and ensured a smooth check in. Rooms were clean and provided everything I needed. Brittany in the food and beverage area was AWESOME, she not only made sure my breakfast included was perfect, I noted her making waffles for several guests and did so with a warm and caring smile, I wil stay here again next time I am in Pasadena,
