At the checkin desk, Victor M., was pleasant and efficient when discovering my reservation had not been complete by another booking program. Victor found a satisfactory room at a reasonable price,and saw to it that we were happily settled in. Later on, he helped us with some wi-fi log in issues. In the morning, breakfast was plentiful,and the staff in the kitchen and at the front desk were helpful and gracious.

Les lieux etaient assez propres mais les chambres non fumeurs sentaient la cigarette. On nous a changé de chambre 2 fois mais le personnel a été très accomodant. Pas pire pour rapport qualité prix

Given the reviews, I was a bit skeptical but our stay was a pleasant surprise! Nothing super fancy but it was clean, the bed was comfy and it was conviently located!

there was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door and a USED TAMPON APPLICATOR on the floor of the room when I checked in. There were two of us staying in the room. We were both really looking forward to nice hot showers - didn’t happen. The first of us got in the shower and the hot water was gone after a whole 3 minutes - had to finish the shower in ice cold water. The other person waited about 30 minutes to let the water warm up - it was still ice cold. It was advertised that there was breakfast and there wasn’t.

The room is dark but we just needed a place to spend the night. It was clean and the staff was very nice!
