Abit dated room design and facilities, overall good stay, bed was comfy and had a bath can’t complain

Friendly staff, good location,good breakfast, good value

The hotel has a good location. However, the temperature of the room is a little bit low.

The hotel looks fantastic on the outside. The rooms on the inside are very average, as was the breakfast. This was a hotel which ought to have the wow factor but doesn’t. Nothing to complain about, but I probably wouldn’t want to spend more than the odd night there. The on site parking is very limited but it turned out it was cheaper to park in the public car park just around the corner once we realised there were no spaces left on arrival.

The service was very good and the breakfast was excellent. This was our second time there and will definitely stay there again.

On arrival the receptionist gave a a complimentary upgrade to a suite, very nice indeed. The breakfast service was excellent fresh cooked and plenty of choice. We will stay again

Couldn't use the booking unfortunately. And because I'd booked through trip couldn't get a refund or a reshedule

This hotel was terrible, two night stay and first morning breakfast was a disaster, no tables set, no plates hardly any food, no orange juice no juice glasses, coffee machine not working so did not really have breakfast, complained to manager all I got was sorry we are really short on staff. At 4 ock in the afternoon had to ask for the room to be made up although out of room from 9-30 in the morning. I think in all honesty we should have been offered a refund for the first night.

Great hotel, right in the centre of Harrogate.

Beautiful building but in need of a serious re decoration . Everything a bit ‘tired ‘ . Good staff , very friendly & welcoming . Excellent location in the Centre of the town .

We had a very enjoyable stay. The restaurant was good. However, we would make the following comments about our room, 258, that perhaps you should note: The central heating did not work. We requested and were provided with a plug in oil filled radiator which went some way to improving matters. The bathroom did not appear to have extract ventilation and the window seemed seemed stuck so no ventilation which is totally unacceptable in 2024. I would mention this room was an Executive Room which makes matters worse. The second TV in the sitting lounge area did not work. It would seem more attention is needed to maintenance.

Plenty of sun beds and doesn’t feel crowded. Adults only pool us brilliant. Breakfast pretty good - great omelettes and poached eggs cooked to order, great selection of breads, but the rest a little disappointing especially the yoghurts and fruit section. I wish there had been more fresh fruits chopped rather than tinned fruit.
