Saya tidak dapat mendaftar masuk pun kerana terperangkap dalam kesesakan dalam perjalanan ke sana dari Texas. Saya sangat kecewa. Saya akan melawat suami saya yang telah bekerja di luar sana sejak 3 bulan lalu.

Room was not clean, someone’s dirty clothing was left in the room even after room was supposedly cleaned. Front desk staff was very rude. But other than that, I had a good experience, ****** right next door, plus multiple restaurants. ****** staff was amazing.

The lobby was beautiful and the environment was fairly quiet. I wasn't expecting the surround area to be next to so many construction projects, so the scenery wasn't really up to par.
The room was clean, but the phone, remote, and hair dryer was filthy. The refrigerator was college dorm sized. No microwave. Comparing this hotel to other ****** hotels, the normal rate for these rooms are not worth the money.

My recent stay at Boomtown was truly delightful. The room was spotless and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting decorated for Mardi Gras season. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

For the most part the staff was ok. The accommodations were nothing, like how it was advertised. The room smelled horrible and the carpet extremely. dirty. We had to find another hotel and checked out early because the environment affected my allergies in a major way.
The was only one restaurant open, However, in the advertisement it stated 3 restaurants. I also inquired multiple times, prior to booking, how close it was to the French Quarters. I was told 10 to 15 mins by car. In reality it 30 plus mins away from the French Quarters. Be close to the French Quarters, was very important to us. As a long time, costumer, I'm very disappoint with *******, as I book my vacation through. They too provided me with incorrect information prior to me booking this vacation.

I paid $400 for 1 night for 2 queen beds (1 room) with a mini refrigerator. No microwave, no breakfast. It looks like a motel 6 room. Needs remodeling at minimum.
