ห้องกว้างดี มีเตียงคู่ 2 เตียงพักได้ถึง 4 คนทำให้เหมาะกับครอบครัว ทำเลดีใกล้ Quartier Bleu และใจกลางเมือง ที่จอดรถสะดวก อาหารอร่อย แต่ห้องน้ำไม่มีประตูกั้นปิดส่วนที่เป็นฝักบัวอาบน้ำ ทำให้เวลาอาบน้ำจะกระเซ็นเปียกไปหมดทั้งห้องเลย

Mooi hotel, wel aan de prijzige kant. Geen koffie machine op de kamer. Wel waterkoker, met thee en wat oploskoffie. Via trip.com geboekt. Bij de prijs en het boeken stond incl. ontbijt, maar bij aankomst blijkt er voor die prijs geen ontbijt bij te zitten. Ook de bevestigingsmail, die je ontvangt als je al betaald hebt, geen opmerkingen meer over een ontbijt (ook niet of het er wel of niet bij zit). Geeft niet veel vertrouwen om het weer via trip.com te boeken!

Staying for a badminton event. Ronnie and his staff were absolutely amazing, went away above and beyond to help us with everything and including heating our food after the kitchen had closed, would thoroughly recommend Breakfast was great, rooms were good, ideal location for exploring

I've stayed a number of times at this hotel. It is my go to hotel in hasselt. Or it wad. Arrived back from a work event at 11.03 and was refused my icky drink of the night. 197 euros with kids and I can't have one drink three minutes after 11 when staying in the hotel. Really unacceptable for a club member and I will stay elsewhere in future

Hotel in a good location close to the channel. Very attentive staff. Spacious rooms, clean, well maintained, good wifi with comfy beds. Good bathroom with good shower and rain shower. Maintenance was a bit slow, had the shower had coming off and I believe it was not repaired until I left since I could use the rain shower. Breakfast is good, many westerns options and you could even skip lunch . Well located close to the center of the city and main restaurants. Restaurant in the hotel is good also.

I'll start by saying that the location of this hotel is fantastic, right near the river side so great view, lots of shopping area and restaurants and bars/pubs near by and really located in the center of Hasselt. The hotel is very small and cozy, WiFi is fast and stable and staff are really nice and speak English fluently. Breakfast is really nice, fresh and enough options to choose from and the hotel bar in the evening is great to collaborate with colleagues over a fine Belgian beer or few ;) The rooms are small but OK the only thing is the really poor water pressure and the terrible noise of the aircon during hot days.

A flawed hotel. We had a deluxe family bedroom which was okay, however, the lighting system was absurd. Beds were okay, bathroom was good. There is a buffet breakfast which consisted of three heated choices (scrambled egg, cheap mini sausages and bacon). The toaster took 8mins to make my toast, the rest of the food choice was cheap and limited. I must also make a point about the other guests: loud, greedy and incapable of using the provided tongs to pick up food. Not worth the money and I wish we had booked the Radisson Blu.

We really enjoyed this Holiday Inn as our first night stop off after England. It is located brilliantly in the centre with easy parking arrangements (book in advance online for a good rate) and the staff were relaxed and efficient and friendly. We also ate in the restaurant for dinner, which was tasty with good portions.

Stayed for 3 nights. First time in Hasselt and this hotel is a 10 minutes walk from the railway station and very close to museums (Jenevermuseum - and the Z33 museum). Did get a room 2 hours before normal check in - and got a late check out as well as complimentary breakfast due to being a Diamond Elite member. Breakfast was really good - so was the lunch and dinner i had in the restaurant. The room was of perfect size .- fresh and comfortable. Good speed on the internet. And staff were brilliant! Very good service at reception - breakfast and cleaning of the room ( the first morning the cleaner had even cleaned the room while i was having breakfast!!) Certainly a hotel to return to.

Lovely quality hotel - great location for exploring town - but most impressive quality - was the relaxed , friendly and helpful attitude of the staff - bar/restaurant and reception staff - would highly recommend

This was initially not the hotel I booked, as I had booked the Express by Holiday Inn which was about 5 mins walk from this property. However on the day of my arrival, I received a call from the property that they have moved my reservation to this property - I assume due to the HI Express being full and overbooked and my elite status. However this turned out to be a nice surprising stay especially my impression of the new Holiday Inn remodeling/branding for this short 1 night stay. Location This property like it's sister property is located at the edge of the city centre of Hasselt which itself it not too big, it is from either hotel (using the main market square as the centre) about 8-10 mins walk. This Holiday Inn property is located in a more open area with a big square in front of the hotel and to the back another large square leading to the shopping/centre of the city. The city of Hasselt has grown a lot since my last view ＞ 8 years ago and opposite this property is the new re-developed small harbour area with a mix of shops and eateries and modern residential blocks. There's really nothing to be missed when staying at this location. Parking options are quite varied with a few parking garages in the vicinity of the hotel and street parking (though a bit more difficult during the week due to the charges and some are only limited to 30 mins or 2 hours). The hotel has it's own parking garage which can be accessed directly from the lobby via the lift. Check In I arrived about 16h at the property and there was one other guest at the front desk, and within a few mins, I was helped by the 1 front desk agent working. The check-in process was fast and efficient. I was informed of the different facilities of the property and the breakfast times. It seems that at this property they are still practicing time reservation for breakfast. The lobby area was well appointed being bright and modernly decorated with an inviting atmosphere to spend time if one wanted. Passing from the front desk to the elevators, there was also a special room converted to those blown up Castle for children (maybe it's only there during the summer period). Room I was given a room on the 2nd floor (the hotel is only 3 stories high) on to the right wing of the hotel (after exiting the elevators). It was very clear that the whole hotel recently went through some major renovation - with a nice bright design at each floor hallways and combined with a dark theme as contrast. The room size was sufficiently adequate and spacious. The newly renovated room was very well done - and I was very surprised by it, as it was much like the higher end Voco hotels - with the current trend of using dark colours and mixing it with trendy chairs and furnitures. It was to me very well done, keeping it simple yet modern and functional. On the right of the entrance was the bathroom/toilet and the left side was a wardrobe with the built in safe, minibar and coffee/tea making f

First the basics: we had a double room with King-size bed. The room was recently renovated so all the materials were up to standard, good comfortable bed, nice bathroom, clean, etc - in short: a nice room to stay in. One minor remark: I wanted to drink something during the night and then I saw the minibar was empty. Was this standard during Covid-19 or just forgotten to restock? We had some bad luck during our stay but not the fault of the hotel: The rooms are more then sufficiently soundproof but the room next to us was occupied by some young people who wanted to continue partying in their room (remember closure at 11pm due to Covid measures). I had a lot of patience but at 3am I called the front desk to complain. Their reaction was swift and professional. Within 5 minutes security showed up and everything was quiet again. At breakfast, the diner room was crowed (this was exceptional) with people who couldn't care less of the Corona measures so my wife and I left without eating. When checking out the hotel spontaneously gave us a nice compensation for the inconveniences we experienced, even though it was not their fault. Conclusion: nice and clean rooms, good staff and with attention for their customers. By the way: the location is top!

Very nice Holiday Inn, very well located right at the ring in Hasselt downtown. Very comfortable and clean renovated rooms and a nice brasserie. The bed is huge (I guess 2 queens together). Initially I had a challenge in turning the TV on, but I was promptly helped by a reception lady who fixed the issue.
