Located on the outskirts of Hastings. Walking distance to multiple dinner options. Clean and well equipped.

Negative 5. Completely misrepresented on the website, this motel is very outdated and nothing like the photo gallery. Atmosphere was very uncomfortable, only good thing was the linen was clean!! No recommendation.

We Found this complex in need of an upgrade, it felt very old & tied, we did not feel very comfortable & it was expensive compared with other facilities we stayed in during our journey round North Island. We doubt that we would make a return visit.

Although the unit we stayed in (#13) was very dated, and needs a complete renovation, the unit was clean and tidy. There are catches on the windows so they can be locked open, but unfortunately anyone can put an arm in to unlock the catch, and climb in. The bathroom and kitchen windows are up high and have security stays. The area seemed safe and was very quiet at night - the bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast. Carparking was ideal, just outside our door. We noted the kitchen vinyl flooring has been patched, and we felt one of the bathroom walls need replacing. We attended a concert and this was fine for what we needed (somewhere to stay the night after the concert). The TV had good reception, and a couch in the room was an added bonus, as was the dining table and 2 chairs. Didn't have time to use the swimming pool or the laundry. Ideal location close to Hastings CBD.

The property was run down and dirty Furniture was substandard or broken The place suits demolition I am supprised that you promote a property in this condition

Shower cracked and water had started to cause rot. Room shabby and tired. Over priced for what it was.

Hot shower. Kitchen with all necessary items ie pots & pans, toaster. The trip hazard going into the bedroom one had to be aware of. Didn’t like having a heated blanket in place as it was uncomfortable to sleep on. Maintenance on the building seems to be an issue, especially internally.

The grounds were average, Not happy about staying in motel where there are homeless people. We had friends who came around for a coffee and there were only two cups, luckily we had a couple of take away cups which we got out of the rubbish and washed. Usually in motels there are 4 of cups, plates, cultery and glasses. A little disappointed

Wonderful helpful hosts. Room very clean and tidy but needed a major facelift.
