I am deeply concerned about the lack of preparedness and attention given to emergencies at your premises, especially for a location that hosts numerous high-risk, physically engaging activities. During a recent visit, I experienced a fall during a bike trek, and what followed was an alarming demonstration of inadequate training, lack of equipment, and misplaced priorities. Upon reaching the hub and requesting first aid, I was met with a shocking level of indifference. The staff seemed more focused on managing check-ins than addressing what was clearly an urgent situation. When I finally received assistance, the only medical provision available was a tube of Boroline cream—hardly appropriate for treating injuries sustained during physically demanding activities. Considering the nature of your commercial offerings and the diverse demographic of participants, this lack of basic first-aid facilities is unacceptable. Injuries, whether minor or major, are inevitable in such environments, and it is your responsibility to ensure that participants feel safe and supported.
