設施：房間不大但設施齊全，特別是隔音效果超好，窗子一關，門外的喧囂瞬間消失。 大床很舒服，冬季地熱取暖很舒服。 衞生：屋裡很乾凈，幾乎沒有死角都很乾凈。屋外院子裏桌子椅子時時有人打掃。 環境：位置在古鎮裏面，核心位置，不怕玩的晚。 服務：老闆有求必應，早餐一人一份，還有水果。

A very new hotel with everything superb duper new!  Pros - clean and new (but towels, linen due to new cause a lot of dust flying everywhere.) Housekeepers are very friendly and polite. Front desk, also friendly but need more practicing on check-in procedure (standardize). Room very spacious and comfortable!!!! Oh ya, the breakfast just perfect!!! Lovely and full!!! The laundry room makes our trip just perfect!!!  Cons - Location far away from Subway Station (1km away). Road along the way from Subway to Hotel not so smooth, inconvenient to walk with Luggages (Suggest to take DiDi ehailing)  However, locations available for many foods/restaurants. (McDonald’s within 1 mins distance, and 3-5 mins away for restaurants/coffee shops nearby.) you may also enjoy the rental bicycle (blue color pay with Alipay) to anywhere, superb convenient too!!

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and recently in an elite executive suite on a river cruise but have never experienced the incredibly thoughtfulness, proactive personal care and courteous service experienced at Nostalgia S (which is situated on a pretty lantern lit road gutted with great restaurants, cafés and it’s a short hop to Jingang Bridge and the Century Clock. The rooms are very comfortable, I love the Japanese type toilets they have (with bidet & heated seats). Snacks and drinks (water, yoghurt drink and orange juice) are very generously provided for free in the mini bar and they even provide tea-based mouthwash. Just to give an example of how responsive the staff were: on my first night the very inconsiderate guest in the next room played music till about 1:30 in the morning. It was only when I went to her door to knock that she apologised and turned it off. The next morning I reported it to the reception and there were genuinely mortified. When I got back to my room that evening, there was a handwritten note expressing their regret, apologies and a reminder to let them know of anything they could do to make my stay more pleasant. They also left eye shades and two sets of earplugs (which I did not need as I had my own). There are also signs in the lifts listing a whole range of items that guests could ask for, pro bono. When I informed them that I did not need my room made, they nonetheless left a large bag of drinks and snacks at my door. Laundry including detergent and softener is provided free. I put a batch into the machines and in the morning when I was about to go and collect them from the laundry room, I found that they had been delivered to my door. It’s little touches like this that makes one feel so valued. If I could, I would give nostalgia S an 11 out of 10 rating! Highly recommended and if I ever come back to tension, I will most certainly stay here again! Outstanding!

The breakfast spread was good. But it was the same everyday. Staff is very friendly and goes out of the way to help.

Enjoyed our two night stay.The hotel staff is beyond amazing. Very kind and welcoming. Check in was smooth and fast , the staff is very kind,fast and helpful in answering any questions and addressing any issues. On second day, had an emergency travel to Beijing, Ms Pang Ping and Wang helped organize transport to airport to get subway to Beijing, she kept checking in to see where we had reached on our return back and organized for a car to pick us up since we arrived late at night. She handed us over to the evening staff smoothly to help us with the late night arrival back to the hotel. Mr Wang our driver to the airport spoke English and was helpful in giving us directions to the subway and train station. The driver, Mr. Chen, very kind man, was already at the airport by the time we arrived to pick us up. When we got to the hotel, he helped to get a refreshment from the hotel restaurant. We had an early morning flight and Ms Song Jia and Ms Wang Qian were very kind to give us a wake up call at 4:30am, organize for us a car to the airport and helped me us with our luggage . The hotel stay overall was comfortable and nice. Slept in the business double room. The rooms are spacious, very clean and are cleaned daily. There’s a self service laundry room at the hotel. Excellent service and staff.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Excellent facilities and totally worth the stay. Recommended for travelers who want a quiet night stay and also close hotel to the airport 🥰😘

Awful, terrible and unbelievable! Extremely disappointed with this hotel! Originally we booked another hotel in the city centre, but after considering that we only had around 18hours for the stay due to our flight connection, we decided to book a hotel nearby the airport. We booked our room that was with the window facing hallway. When we entered, we were happy about the room's cleanliness and its new interior, although they only offered the basic amenities that were toothbrush and a hair comb. They were good enough for us as we had our own other toilet amenities like ear buds. They also offered two types of tea bags. After checking-in, we left the room and went out. Then the nightmare started after our return. First of all, after using the toilet, the toilet could not be flushed and was blocked. In addition, the air conditioning in the room was not giving cold air but rather only giving heat. We had to call to the reception. We understood that it was late in the night, around 1am mid night, so we expected no one would be able to fix the toilet and though we only had a few hours ie 5hrs to be in the room before checking out, reception asked us to change the room. We informed about the air conditioning as well and what we got told was we had to turn on the air conditioning for which we did. The answer was not helpful. They changed our room to another room which was just right next door to the original one. The air conditioning situation was the same. (Photos were attached, pls note the temperature in the room) As we mentioned earlier, we had to leave hotel by 630am and we didn't bother to ask any question again. Obviously, we could not sleep due to the heat in the room. Secondly, we left the room and went down for the pick up. Hotel offered free drop off/pick up service to/from the airport and shared with others. We appreciated that service. However, if knowing our pick up service was shared, shouldn't the hotel check in advance if the vehicle had enough space to accommodate all suitcases?? As if the hotel wanted to provide this thoughtful and heartfelt service. No one asked when we booked the drop off service. The vehicle on that morning was only shared by another guest with his one suitcase. We could not accommodate our four suitcases including 2big and 2small suitcases. Though the driver insisted his vehicle could fit. It took time to arrange the space on that vehicle neither we would get comfortable by sitting in such limited space. We did not want the other guest to wait. We decided to call our own transport which was fine as the cost was often at a good price in China. Lastly, knowing our departure from the hotel would cost us to miss the breakfast provided by the hotel, when we checked in, we purposely declined to receive the breakfast vouchers. However, the hotel was nice enough to provide a take away bag with breakfast for us when we checked out. But the most hilarious thing was that they only provide One breakfast and the fact that we should entitled TWO breakfast. Once again, if the hotel wanted to provide such a thoughtful and heartfelt service, they would have done the job better rather than just giving and not doing them properly neither in a much detailed efforts. All of these led us to write our first lifetime negative comment. We hate to do it but we had to express how terrible it was on our first time visit and stay at this hotel in Tianjin. PLS NOTE: Our room reached 30 Degrees Celsius and the so called Air Conditioning was ON.

The four season Tianjin has the perfect blend of historic charm and modern facilities. I booked one of their spacious suites, which were decorated beautifully. I received first-class service from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I left. Ms. Dephne Ng. , the manger, was very helpful and provided me a warm hospitality. She is very professional and always check if I receive everything I need. I was so impressed with the level of service and attention to detail. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I also appreciated the hotel's location, which was convenient to many attractions and very close to shopping streets, department store and restaurants. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic place with excellent service to stay in Tianjin.

I have just concluded a delightful stay at the Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua City. Coincidentally, Tianjin was blanketed in snow last night—when I looked out the window, snowflakes were fluttering gently like flying flowers, just as described in Han Yu’s poem: “dancing through courtyard trees as if they were blossoms” . The trees along the street were dressed in a pristine silver coat, creating a stunning winter scene that beautifully contrasted with the warm, cozy atmosphere inside the hotel, adding an extra layer of warmth and poetic charm to my stay. Speaking of warmth, the hotel’s heating system was excellent, maintaining the perfect temperature. On a cold, snowy day, stepping into my room and being enveloped in such comfortable warmth instantly dispelled the winter chill, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with excellent hardware facilities and a well-designed layout that made me feel exceptionally relaxed. The upgraded larger room, in particular, allowed me to leisurely admire the snow scenery from the window, savoring this peaceful and wonderful moment unique to winter. Most commendable was the service from Ms. Feng of the Reservation Department. She provided warm and attentive service throughout, and kindly upgraded me to a larger room, allowing me to enjoy the snow scenery from a more comfortable vantage point. This thoughtful gesture significantly enhanced my stay! The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise—it offered excellent value for money with a wide variety of dishes, from traditional Chinese breakfast items to Western options, catering to different taste preferences. After a satisfying meal, looking out at the snow was incredibly enjoyable. Overall, my stay was absolutely perfect: outside the window was the winter beauty of snowflakes dancing through trees like flying flowers, while inside was a spacious, comfortable space with just the right warmth. Coupled with thoughtful service and delicious breakfast, Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua City is definitely a great value choice for travel or business trips to Tianjin. Hotel is situated at a very convenient location with the main shopping street 滨江道 opposite. There are also plenty of shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Initially I was worried about the central heating during winter (Nov to Mar) which there is no cooling from their aircon, and it worsen when i was checking in when there are people checking out due to too hot. But our receptionist has arrange a cooler room for us where it does not face the sun and also has a humidifier that can put ice inside for cooling. Furthermore there is a small window on top that can be opened and with the high level, the room is cold and comfortable. The room is beautiful and huge and well kept by the room service everyday. The bathroom is huge with a huge bathtub which my kids love and the scenery is beautiful. ******* food delivery is also convenient as they got robot to send up. All in all, the room is very valuable for the price and i really love every single night in the hotel.

Quiet neighbourhood with a handful of restaurants nearby including McDonald's. Room is clean, towels are sanitised and sealed in bags. A bit of through traffic as it's alongside a multi lane highway but wasn't noisy. Amenities are basic, 5 mins walk to the closest MRT station, about 40 mins train ride to commute to Tianjin railway station, direct line 9. Ample free parking in front of the hotel. Good for overnight or short stay.
