Great new hotel. Rooms are clean, housekeeping every day, convenience in the form of a 24 hour lobby bar. Pleasant staff. Very varied selection for breakfast. Location is good, but it's a bit far to old Havana.

海景房間，景色不錯，就是週末樓下酒吧有點吵，服務和房間衞生都還行，就是餐廳裏到處是蒼蠅飛，他們都已經習慣和蒼蠅共進晚餐，早餐蒼蠅少些，估計是還沒起床

房間中規中矩、衞生可以，靠近海灘。附近有兩家餐廳。離市區乘車十分鐘。環境比較安靜。住老城區太吵鬧了。

呵呵…純屬搞笑的…這酒店真的一言難盡。。。前台服務差不説，酒店前兩天到的時候還沒熱水，洗個頭洗個澡都不行，還把我朋友害感冒了。而且，酒店樓下就是酒吧街，晚上吵得不行，根本睡不着覺，酒店隔音效果極差。我們房間沒喝的水了，問前台要了三次都沒有保潔阿姨送，真的就是故意想讓我們去它的酒吧消費。。。這個酒店離哈瓦那市區也很遠得20分鐘，所以進城不方便。在古巴打車不是不方便嗎，所以我們讓樓下的前台工作人員或保安給我們叫車，門下的保安服務態度極差，不給我們叫車，還説什麼怕我們少給錢，我們給多少錢關他啥事呀，他給我們叫了不就行了，笑死我真的。。。總之，去古巴一定避雷這家酒店吧。🙏🙏🙏

Проживали в данном отеле с 11.04. по 14.04. 24г. трое взрослых, бронировали номер 2 спальных места + софа, что получили двухспальная кровать и кресло кровать без постельного белья!!! При обращении на ресепшен нам ответили ничем помочь не могут, такое бронирование! Берите с собой простынь и одеяло для проживания в этом отеле. Есть кофемашина, но нет кофе, из душа течет вода, лужа по всей комнате. Завтрак хороший, спортзал тоже, до центра Гаваны- такси, рядом магазин со спиртным за валюту, тож. плюс.
