I stayed in Room 351 of Gran Hotel ManzanaKempinski La Habana from August 12th to August 14th, and now I am complaining about the poor service of the hotel restaurant staff, guest service manager andsecurity during my staying! 1. At around 22:00 on the evening of August13, after finishing the meal in hotel restaurant, the cashier refused to acceptcash payment, and the attitude was very unfriendly. I asked why, and therestaurant staff didn't give any explanation, and said very unfriendly thatthey don't accept cash. Why did you accept cash in the first day, but didn't accept cash payment in the hotelrestaurant on the second day? Why do the same hotel have different management rules andstandards? And didn't told me in advance. The restaurant service is so poor, is it because the meal timedelays the employees from getting off work normally? Or are there other reasonsthat lead to employees not having a sense of service? If cash service is notaccepted, why wasn't I informed before I entered the restaurant? May I ask themanager of hotel restaurant, has there been any training for the restaurantstaff? 2. Complain that the guest service manageron duty of the hotel has a poor service attitude and cannot provide areasonable explanation to solve the complaints to your in house guests. Theattitude is very bad and intensifies the conflict between the staying guestsand the hotel. Does not reflect the duties of the Guest Services Manager on duty.No explanation as to why the hotel only accepts credit cards and not cash.Threatened to call the police. The point is that I didn't refuse to pay afterthe meal, but wanted to pay the bill with the cash. Why did she want to callthe police? This is threatening the hotel guests! 3. Complain about the poor attitude of thesecurity guard on duty and lack of awareness of service. It is like theunderworld threatening the guests staying in the hotel. 4. Complain about the service of the hotel.We are two ladies and took a baby who was only one year old. All of those staffof the hotel did not have the concept of customer-oriented and the most basicmorality of caring for minors, and deliberately made things difficult In-houseguests who spend at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant staff, guest servicemanager and security in the hotel are not worthy of working in a five-starhotel like Kempinski, which brought me a very unpleasant stay and experienceduring my stay in this hotel. I want to emphasize the background of thiscomplaint again. At around 22:00 on August 13, 2023, after themeal in the hotel restaurant, I wanted to settle the bill in cash, but therestaurant service staff refused my request to settle the meal in cash, whichled to this unpleasant incident. Hope Gran Hotel Manzana Kempinski La Habanacan explain and apologize in writing to us two ladies and a baby who is onlyone year old.

看評論的時候一直不敢預訂,因為差評太多,最後還是因為其優越的地理位置決定冒險預訂。入住以後非常欣喜:與卡賓司機只有600米的距離,但價格僅僅是個零頭;位於中心去哪裡都很方便,設施各方面都不錯,附近很多餐廳,包括很多攻略中提及的六美元一衹的龍蝦餐廳。

A terrible experience, we arrived at 9 at night and the room was completely dirty, they never cleaned it and after an hour of waiting it was the same and even the sheets were dirty from previous clients. It is a shame that with such beautiful facilities, its administration is so terrible. It was our fourth time and last, I will never spend my money like this again, it is a huge scam.

¡La peor experiencia en La Habana! The Check In service on the first day is a lie. We arrived at 1 pm and they told us to come at 3 pm. When we arrived at 5 pm they told us there was no room. We had to talk to many managers to finally enter the Hotel. The corridors are unclean. The room has never been cleaned. The fridge did not work., the air conditioning does not stop. The sink has been blocked since the first day. They do not bring shampoo or anything else. This is not Kempinski service.

What a wonderful stay! The hotel’s cleanliness was top-notch; I was impressed by how spotless and fresh everything was. Amanda at the front desk was fantastic—she was not only efficient and professional but also kind and approachable. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests made my stay truly memorable.

We had to be moved to this hotel as our intended hotel had no water. We were told a room would be made available but we had to wait nearly five hours for this. The reception staff were unhelpful and didn’t want to engage. Only after some pressure were we allowed WiFi access which we needed in order to communicate with our agent. The room was ok but not very clean and we only had housekeeping once (very cursory) in three days, despite asking reception. We ran out of toilet paper and had to use damp towels as these weren’t changed. The pool, however, was lovely and also heated. It had a fantastic view of the capitol building. Pool towels were impossible to come by though and we were just told ‘finished’ when we asked for them. Generally we found the staff pretty uncommunicative and unhelpful. Breakfast was ok but the staff struggled to cope with the number of people. We had been warned not to expect high standards in Cuba and we are very well travelled but we feel this hotel is charging five star prices and delivering one star service.

I was thoroughly impressed by my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional; every corner of the room and common areas was spotless. Amanda at the front desk deserves a special mention—her professionalism and warm demeanor made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. She ensured everything was perfect during my stay. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was absolutely outstanding—everything was spotless and well-maintained. A special shoutout to Amanda at the front desk. She was so friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my check-in process was smooth. Her warm attitude really set the tone for a fantastic stay. Highly recommend this hotel!

I have mixed feelings, on the one hand I loved the attention I received, especially from the employees Victor and Melissa, as well as the food is super good, but on the other hand, I didn't like that I didn't have the room I paid for, the receptionist changed it like 3 times because they had water leaks or no hot water, but otherwise I loved the views of the Capitol.
